I have seen quite a few drs and we've worked on blood sugar issues. It's def. long stemming from high school but it's improved so much on the HCG protocol and continues to do better now. I'm going to try some different fruits in p4 hopefully. Fruit is always a desert/treat that I have to treat carefully because my body is just extra sensitive but I'm thrilled with all the variety I can eat for now in p3 def. so many things to choose from .

Woke up this morning and was shocked 121.1! Is it odd to be trending down in p3 the last several days of p2 my body seemed to be holding on to everything but now my body is ok with releasing. I did have a LOT of stalls in p2 so maybe my body is evening out now.

I'm not that hungry but def eating 3 meals and at least 1 snack. I'm eating a lot of ground beef and vegetables sauteed in coconut oil. Made a nice stir fry and then some keto smoothies with collagen protien for a snack. I had crumbled blue cheese on my salad with a keto ranch and steak last night. First steak in over a month! p3 eating feels so decadent after a month of p2 Haha

I hope you continue to see improvement as you add foods back.

The hcg protocol helped me reduce my carbs and transition ro a ketogenic way of eating. My blood sugar and A1c are now normal and stable, not the highs and lows of BS that I used to get.

That is incredible gz9gjg! I am amazed at how the hcg protocol is like a "reset" for the metabolism and body systems. I feel like my body got a new start! I'm thrilled with how I physically feel better since it. I think it's almost like a cleanse too. Helps the body re set and cleanse!! So thankful!! Glad for your good health improvements also!!! Sugars can be so hard to get off of.

Continuing weight loss in P3 may mean you are continuing to shed inflammation. Please be careful about adding fruits back, they have a lot of sugar.

Good plan! I had some frozen unsweetened raw cranberries yesterday. With a little stevia. That's the extent of my fruit and it satisfies fruit cravings for me!
