    Thirteen I am back and forth between both threads! I need to be on P2 next week for another 7 days! The PI is kind of nice but I hope I can return to P2 without feeling major cravings next week!

    So I didn't quite get as many calories in yesterday as I had hoped..probably closer to 700 when I was aiming for 800. I had a bigger breakfast today with lots of protein (well 39g, which is short of 50g but I just couldn't do it!) I am going to cook a snack to bring on the plane with me (VEGAS TODAY!!!!!! woooo hooooooo) and hopefully I can get something into me and really hope I can stay strong against temptations while I am there!!

    Question........so when you cycle you do or don't have to wait 6-8 weeks in between rounds? Prob a stupid question.

    Dropped 1 from my steak day - not the best results I've had doing them but i'm not going to complain.

    where the heck are you guys getting bacon? I went shopping yesterday and EVERY DINGLE package of bacon, lunchmeat, and most sausage had either sugar, corn syrup, dextrose, or other form of sugar!?

    I get turkey bacon that has no sugars in it - I didn't check regular bacon as I don't eat pork. The only thing I didn't like about the turkey bacon was that it was really high in salt - I boil it though and that removes most of the salt but leaves the taste and it is yummy!
    I am in Alberta so we likely have different selections - I know I have a hard/impossible time finding things alot of people talk about on here!

    I buy Gwaltney(think that's spelled correctly), its beef bacon and there is no sugar in it. It comes in a red package and its with all the other bacon. My kids actually like this better than the usual bacon I buy. I also bought Jimmy Dean sausages with no carbs/sugar. They are the ones that cook on the stove. Hope you can find some!

    Tomorrow is P3, so excited. Well I made it through day 1 without shots yesterday, I didn't really feel any different, today I felt great until just before lunch. My legs feel kind of weak, as if I just finished a workout or something. Maybe I'll up the protein a little at dinner. Feeling slightly more hungry now, even after lunch. I set the timer on my cell phone the other day and it helps to see how many hours I have left till P3. The only thing I'm thinking about is my upcoming trip. We are taking the kids to Europe in the beginning of July(so I'll just be starting P4). We were watching videos on YouTube yesterday of the waffles in Brussels and they look ridiculous. I will try one, maybe just a bite or two. I'm not that into sweet treats, but in Belgium one has to try the waffles and fries. I've worked too hard on hcg to blow it, but I'll be wishing I could bring my scale with me.

    Would love the recipes for both of these things! They sound heavenly! So glad you guys are doing so well over here! I decided my last injection day will be Sunday, if not before, depending on what the scale says tomorrow. So, I will be in P3 sometime next week and super excited!

    Ugh..gained 1.2 pounds yesterday, day 1 of p3. Wtf! Maybe I added too many things at once? I ate about 1000 calories. Not sure what to do today. The le thing is freaking hard. Im nit hungry in the morning and when I eat a big breakfast I wasn't hungry until like 8pm last night, might explain the gain? Im not sure which weight I use to go by? The weight the morning or Sunday which was the morning after my first injection?
