    Yes! I actually went a bit rogue in P2 and had them as a meal replacement the last week. I lost about a 0.8-1.0 each day. I have them in p3 also because I run out of ideas for breakfast. Your sounds great!

    Took my last dose last night before bedtime, so Friday is P3. I think I'll have some eggs and bacon for breakfast! Can we have milk, yogurt, etc?

    Hey Girls!!!

    I finally made it over here *happy dance*
    Today is D3 for me and I'm stabilizing fine so far. I posted on our other thread, not sure if any of you still check there or not. I had to go to P3 because I was so weak and dizzy at the end (nothing like last round) I just knew my body needed a break, when I look at the big picture, my body just dropped 50 pounds in a relatively short time period and I'm happy to have the Summer off to rest.

    I jumped into eating P3 much the same as last time, that seems to work well for me, I upped my calories to about 1600 almost the first day and have had only a slight gain, I even lost .5 today!
    I won't add nuts back until next week but everything else is fine so far *crosses fingers* I didn't have any issues at all last time and I hope this time is the same.

    I'll have to catch up with everyone's posts! How are you all doing???

    Hmmmm lets see, since my first meal will be on Saturday AM, I am thinking eggs with lots of veggies (red peppers, mushrooms, onions, zuchinni), may add a small amount of cheese and a strip or two of bacon. Wonder if that is to much to start? For lunch, a BIG salad with roasted chicken on it....ranch dressing...dinner....maybe a chicken burger with lettuce and tomato (on the side)

    Yay Peggy and Cheermom! Phase 3 is the place to be. I'm actually scared to start phase 4 after the stuff I've been reading in the forums!

    I'm down another .5 this morning, my body just really likes food! I increased my calories yesterday to 1800 and still went down. Only .5 from LDW so I'm happy. I am really enjoying P3 this time, and I love learning more about my body and what it likes and doesn't like. I think part of my weight gain problem was I would go all day without eating and then eat dinner at 8. Now that I am eating way more calories and eating throughout the day my body can maintain it's weight. I have also been drinking a bit more water then on P2 to compensate for the extra salt and sodium and that seems to be helping flush things out. I will probably cut back a bit slowly on the water once my body adjusts to the salt intake.

    How is everyone else doing today???

    I am a little nervous about moving to P4 next week!! I seem to be doing well on P3...no steak days yet...even though I did eat squash one day and went above the 2lbs. But I just ate HP the next day and it went back down below the 2lbs. Last night I had my first drink, vodka and tonic water and no gain this morning so happy about that! Some nights I go to bed thinking there is NO WAY I am going to stay the same in the morning and I am pleasantly surprised when I do

    I think I am going to do another round after the summer, since I obviously need to be at 140 instead of 153. I am going next week to the spa for a infared sauna treatment, massage and body wrap..so I will see how I feel after all that

    Everyone seems to be doing great!!

    I'm not doing the best this time around! My other 3 rounds P3 went fine. This time has been MUCH harder. I've had to adjust my LDW up 1.5 pounds and thought that was helping. BUT, woke up this morning to another 2 pound gain. It's NOT TOM either! I'm doing a modified steak day. Just had a 1/2 cup Fage with my morning ground flax seed. I won't eat again until a large steak at dinnner. Hope that helps. I had 2 fruits yesterday so I'm thinking that is what did it. Really stinks though whatever it is! This makes my 3rd steak day in 12 days of P3 and I've also had 2 high protein days in there.

    I need some answers from you all that have done more then 1 round, any answer well be appreciated! I started at 180 and I did 35 days on P2, loss 20.5, on P3 for 1 1/2 weeks stabilized pretty well (I think). I would like to get to 140, can I skip P4 and go straight to P2 for about 2 weeks (finish off the drops that I already have), then p3? I have read about cycling and IP, but I wanted some input for my self with my weight.
    I am 5'6, and almost 34 years old (June 8th) 2 kiddos (3 and 8 yr old). Once again, any answers will be helpful no matter what!! Thanx!

    I did P3 but did not do the full 6 week break between rounds. I would recommend doing at least the 3 weeks on P3. Ill also throw out there that nobody knows for sure if not doing P4 will affect long term stabilizing either but I took the risk. You're on drops so the immunity issues with the reason for the limiting of days really doesnt apply (IMO).

    I loaded Monday and Tuesday after Easter weekend and am starting P3 tomorrow! So excited and yet terrified like everyone else has said. I'm going to have to read through this thread to see how everyone has done and pick up tips. After 37 days of lettuce, cucumber, chicken and mustard, literally ANYTHING AT ALL sounds tasty. I can't wait to have cream in my coffee and a freaking egg tomorrow. I just hope I can stop eating once I've started. I'm so tired of P2 foods I don't even give a crap if I eat dinner tonight! Maybe I should eat after 9 since that is the end of my 48 hours.
