I heard we don't need to count the choco delight calories either since the coconut oil isn't absorbed.

Is this what you heard? I would be so excited if that was the case. I have to remember to add some heavy cream tonight. Can't wait!

I had to pipe in on this one..sorry. I am wondering the same thing. Yes, the coconut oil might not be absorbed but what about the calories in the Cocoa or Agave Nectar?

LOL that's not usually me either! In fact, my appetite got me into this, but now after a couple of rounds, I find some days I just don't wanna eat. Go figure.

Twinma, are you staying under LDW? My first couple of days on Ph3 I dropped 2lbs. below LDW, then started slow gain to .2 over LDW. I have been eating a good bit, but feeling hungry soon after eating (really missing those carbs). So today I decided to dive in and eat to see if that will help me stabilize. Just finished off a big ole mug cake with whipped cream. Feel kind of bloated like the old days before HCG! On my last round I remember I did better when I ate high calorie. I'm tired of tiptoeing around the threat of weight gain. I still feel REALLY thin! Love HCG!

1/8 tsp baking powder (sub 2 parts cream of tartar and 1 part baking soda)
    1 packet Stevia
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp butter
    1 egg

In a large coffee cup, mix dry ingredients and then add egg and butter. Mix well. Microwave for 50-60 seconds. Muffin pops out.

I double the cinnamon and use 2 packets of Sweet 'n Low instead. It is delicious!

I love Duke's mayo! I am addicted, LOL.

LOL I really want to eat more but I"m afraid of what the scale is going to do? I've been on a pretty steady increase, and I've almost lost that 2 pound cushion I had. Do you think I should up my calories more than that? I'm 5'2 and 125 as of today... What do you guys think? I'd really like to rev my metabolism so I can eat more than 1500-1600 calories a day and not gain!

Tmott- I made cocoa crack yesterday, it was SOOO amazing!! I added in 2 TBSP Heavy cream and about 2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut! OMG that stuff is so good! I have to really watch myself with it though, I think it might cause me problems if I don't! LOL Thanks for posting your minute muffin recipe!! I think I'm going to try and find some flax meal at the grocery store today!!

Yummy! Where do you find the unsweetened coconut? I tried looking today but here in the sticks we don't have much for health food stores...We have a small health food section at Hy-Vee, LOL. The minute muffin is amazing! I also have a recipe for pancakes and pizza crust using the flax because I seem to have had a problem with almond flour last round.

Ooooh, I haven't heard about not counting the calories for the choco delight/crack/freakin' yummy goodness, but I hope this is the case! Cocoa powder doesn't really have much for calories, right??

I found the unsweetened coconut at the bins at whole foods! Yep, Cocoa really doesn't have that many calories. I think if I remember right it was something like 15 calories/tablespoon...and I only used 2 TBSP for my whole recipe!

I definitely want to hear more about this not counting the calories from cocoa crack too!!

Wow, you guys are making me hungry!!! I start P3 in a few days. The clinic I go to strongly advises staying at 1200 calories. They follow the original protocol very strictly, so they're not some weird, off-protocol clinic. But... 1200 seems pretty low based on what I've been reading on these forums, especially this thread! Have you all stabilized well on your previous rounds, as well as on this round so far on this many calories? If so, that is amazing!!!
    Round 1 start date: 1/22/11 - Lost 19 pounds
    Lost 1.6 during P3/P4
    Round 2 start date: 4/16/11 - Lost 18 pounds

Long break after round 2. Gained back 7 pounds because I was a big pig over the summer.

    Round 3 start date: 9/24/11 - Lost 14 pounds total - 7 new pounds, 7 old pounds :-)

When I started my last P3 I was told to google BMR calculators and take an average from a few of them, then use that number as a baseline for your daily calories. I have also heard people saying they use 11x their body weight. (that was too low for me!!) If I didnt eat at least 1800+ a day I would gain and at that time I was 126lbs and Im 5'3".

    11/25 --Round 1- 141lbs-146 after load--LDW 126lbs--20lbs loss
2/9--Round 2-132.4lbs after load LDW for round 2-116.6 lbs
After 13 days in P3 couldnt stabilize
    3/20-back to P2 -treating P3 as a planned interruption 120.8
    3/28--LDW-115.2 4/20-Adjusted LDW End of P3- 116lbs
    9/23 Load for Round 3 Before load-123lbs After Load-126lbs
    10/16-LDW-114
    10/20-111.8

My last round, I stabilized really well. I ended up losing about 7 pounds in p3 and p4 before this round, actually. And I ate the same way, except I had more Atkins bars and other baked goodies. The first day of p3, I had about a thousand calories and then slowly continued increasing them. I have done a high protein day this p3, but have stayed between 135-137 so far and I am on day 9.

I start p3 tomorrow and really hope I can post here in the big eaters thread..lol I love the p3 foods and think I could live p3 for life! I do need to lose another 45lbs though so maybe 2 more rounds. This recipe looks wonderful. Can almond flour be used. I see that you had a problem with it, but do you think it would work? I don't have the flax but want to try this out. Also, is it necessary to count every calorie. I thought we werent really supposed to count calories. Just steer clear of sugar and starch? (also, My youngest 6 are probably pretty close to yours mine are 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, and just turned 1!
