Thread: P3 For Big Eaters!

  1. #5461
Before I even started HCG I was doing fine on 2100 calories a day and losing weight at that amount as well. I only started the HCG route to get a better jumpstart on my weight loss. I am however a large male so my caloric intake at 2100 calories was good for weight loss. My diet was something of this nature:

    Breakfast:
1 packet of Healthy Lifestyle oatmeal
    1 orange or banana

    Lunch:
Subway footlong (as low cal as I could make it)
    no cheese
    no mayo
    chicken breast
all the veggies I could stack

    Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast (I would often times top it with an orange sauce)
    Brown rice
    Steamed veggies

This was often times lower than 2100 calories....usually in the range of 1700 or so....and VERY easy to follow.

oh...YESSSS! I will be especially excited when I see the results at weigh-in tommorrow! By the way Rox, I see you and I are about the same height and weight right now. You are in P2 now, right? I'm thinking I definitely want to do another P2 to get to a lower weight eventually. I'm wondering how you decided upon 135 for your goal weight?

Someone on homeo board just posted a result from a "Fruit day"

I'm waiting to hear how much over she has been and why, but she dropped 4.2 lbs.

"two pears, three apples, an orange, a grapefruit, and half a cantaloupe throughout the day. Actually the cantaloupe and an apple was supper, and orange and grapefruit lunch, rest snacks throughout the day. Oh, and I did have two slices of cheese and a couple bites of chicken breast. "

I've got to tell you - the last time we went to Disney...I think it was LAND...the funniest thing was the first night - I was so excited to hit the light parade and get into the whole Disney spirit, you know, it's such a different little world there, and we inched our way up to the front and there was the Lion King float and I got all misty-eyed and goose-bumpy (sensitive skin, you know - it's actually happening as I think about it now!) because of whatever song they were doing and there was baby Simba and all...I think you get the picture...and I said something to Kyle, probably like can you believe we're HERE or something and, completely straight-faced and in monotone, he goes "that's the worst thing I've ever seen" -- the little moment-ruining ****!!!

SO funny...there I was on FB a minute ago writing a message to Cathie and THAT GUY Camp I told you about from college IM'd me!!! Here's the entire transcript:

    Hi ClaireHow are you?
    Great! How are you?
I am going back to AA to visit my folks this weekend and catch the M spring game.Where are you these days?
    Colorado
Colorado, I hear it is beautiful there.Back to work, TTFN.

I wanted to say, BTW - the fat bulge on my knee you were questioning is pretty much gone, a-hole!!! I think I showed remarkable restraint.
I go "offline" on the chat option, there, for this very reason. Blech...is his name REALLY Camp? Please don't tell me his last name is Ordway-Worthington the Third. hahaha! I would have replied: TTFE.

What you just said about Kyle: Now I KNOW our sons are soul brothers! LOL My kid would absolutely say the same thing.

Oh! Just saw your gorgeous FB family pics, too... AND I thought you were a fellow Scorp, but are you? Which way do you swing - Scorp or Sag? I was getting definite scorp vibes. LOL

When it's my turn to do a correction, I SWEAR I will be the "Bacon Day" guinea pig.
Started my HCG journey on March 16, 2011

Just for the record, no part of this journey is for the weak.

Daily Calorie Composition: 23% from carbs, 26% from fat and 51% from protein.

Someone like what I'm doing today with the 0%, and ground beef and butter

I'm having a bit more fat.. a bit less carbs..

Daily Calorie Composition: 19% from carbs, 30% from fat and 51% from protein.

Tate-- that is the one that I used with no problems... my loss for that FFF day was 3.3 lbs
