P3 For Big Eaters!

Before I even started HCG I was doing fine on 2100 calories a day and losing weight at that amount as well. I only started the HCG route to get a better jumpstart on my weight loss. I am however a large male so my caloric intake at 2100 calories was good for weight loss. My diet was something of this nature:

Breakfast:
1 packet of Healthy Lifestyle oatmeal
1 orange or banana

Lunch:
Subway footlong (as low cal as I could make it)
no cheese
no mayo
chicken breast
all the veggies I could stack

Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast (I would often times top it with an orange sauce)
Brown rice
Steamed veggies

This was often times lower than 2100 calories....usually in the range of 1700 or so....and VERY easy to follow.

oh...YESSSS! I will be especially excited when I see the results at weigh-in tommorrow! By the way Rox, I see you and I are about the same height and weight right now. You are in P2 now, right? I'm thinking I definitely want to do another P2 to get to a lower weight eventually. I'm wondering how you decided upon 135 for your goal weight?

Someone on homeo board just posted a result from a "Fruit day"

I'm waiting to hear how much over she has been and why, but she dropped 4.2 lbs.

"two pears, three apples, an orange, a grapefruit, and half a cantaloupe throughout the day. Actually the cantaloupe and an apple was supper, and orange and grapefruit lunch,rest snacks throughout the day. Oh, and I did have two slices of cheese and a couple bites of chicken breast. "

What?? A new correction day?? How cool is that!! Thanks for the info Beth, I dont stray very far from this thread so I would have never seen it!

The ratio on the 2% Fage is

Daily Calorie Composition: 23% from carbs, 26% from fat and 51% from protein.

Someone like what I'm doing today with the 0%, and ground beef and butter

I'm having a bit more fat.. a bit less carbs..

Daily Calorie Composition: 19% from carbs, 30% from fat and 51% from protein.

Tate-- that is the one that I used with no problems... my loss for that FFF day was 3.3 lbs
