Anyone got any ideas. Ice found some great gluten free recipes but some include agave. I'm just getting in to cooking so suggestions for a substitute would be appreciated!
You can't have any sugary sweeteners on P3, so you are limited to Stevia, Truvia, xylitol, saccharine. Agave syrup is liquid, so you might have to add some water to make up for that when using the artificial sweeteners.
Well that's interesting to know. Anyone else have any advice for a substitute and the ratio?
