    I'm curious about these, it says no carbs but will they affect me in early p3?

    I wouldn't use them the first week of P3. They have no food value, and they will fill you up and prevent you from getting enough calories in that first week when your capacity is low. Your body needs nutritionally and calorie dense food especially those first days of P3.

    Also, since they are all fiber, they can make any constipation problem you are bringing into P3 worse.

    thanks for letting me know. Also I am very nervous about starting P3 tomorrow--I wanted to know can I have homemade chicken that is fried in the airfryer, although its suppose to reduce the fat in the chicken and I need fats in p3; and can I eat fried chicken wings cooked in oil, or airfryer? I bought Okra that I want to cook in a pan with some oil and no breaded--is that ok for 1st week or wait until 2nd week?

    Yes to all of that, and you don't have to skimp on the oils. You can "bread" your okra with parmesan cheese (if you are ok with cheese) or nutritional yeast, or in a spice blend with a little oat fiber (not oat bran). I cook just about everything in the air fryer now. Its awesome.

    There is no reason to wait to eat any non-starchy vegetable. You want all that veggie goodness you can squeeze in. Especially cooked in a good oil like coconut, olive oil, avocado oil, butter, lard, bacon grease or any nut oil. Okra is a great choice, because its very good for your gut lining, and can help get your guts moving properly after the rest they've had in P2.

    I know it its hard to imagine eating all that fatty stuff isn't going to shoot the scale right up in P3, but really, it won't. Many people never have to do a steak day in P3. Try to enjoy the yumminess, and be sure to eat enough...now is not the time to undereat. Undereating is a big reason people have trouble stabilizing during P3.

    Thats a relief, I am looking forward to eating my wings again. I have bought alot of hot sauces & bbq from simple girl, and they are p2 friendly, but I dont want to take a change with anything with sugar in it. I did want to know about xantham gum, is that considered sugar? What about blue cheese dressing, its dairy so I dont want to do any real dairy yet? I havent had any coffee in p2, im not really a drinker but would like it once in awhile with some creamer--i bought some waldens creamer but I see it a no-no lol.

    Wings are one of the things I love best from the air fryer. I coat with butter and then roll in nutritional yeast and spices.

    Use real cream or coconut cream in your coffee. Real food is always best.

    Xanthan gum is not a problem in P3 unless its a problem for you generally.

    Real blue cheese dressing is fine for P3. Make sure sugar is 1 or less grams per serving. You can squeak it to 2 if you use less.
