What does your P3 Pantry look like?

Hi All! I am happily in p3 and looking for some ideas on how to stock my pantry in a p3 focused fashion. Any and all ideas, actual pantry's, shopping lists, etc are welcome!

Mmmmmm...P3 shopping is almost as fun as P3 eating. ^_^

My list this time for the first few days (in order of importance)

    bacon
heavy whipping cream for my coffee! yay!
    avocados
    butter
    olive oil
    ricotta cheese
    full fat greek yogurt
    coconut oil
    cocoa powder
    xylitol
    berries! whatever looks good
    eggplant
    red bell peppers
    mushrooms
    zucchini
    spaghetti squash (a caution food)
    green beans
    rhubarb (great with breakfast meats)

This time I also bought some ground pork and made my own breakfast sausage. Since I haven't been doing eggs, that was nice to augment the bacon at breakfast. Fried apples & onions are a nice side with that.

I don't branch out a lot the first week. I get more adventurous after the scale settles down a bit.

I should have noted--spaghetti squash is a caution in P3. You can have it, but its something to watch and maybe not have every day. I've always been find with it in P3. (I'll amend the post.) Also, some people will want to make dairy a test food. I've always been fine with that too, so I just start it right from day 1 of P3.

I found a little gadget that cuts zucchini into spiral "noodles" that is fun to put spaghetti sauce over. You just spiral cut the zucchini, then steam it and dry it out really well before adding the sauce.
