    Might take some cast offs to the local resale shop then ... shop.
    I think I got a little better sleep last nite
    Doubling thyroid meds as of yesterday, will it stop hair loss, improve energy. We will see. Have BW scheduled 2 mos out
    down .4 , jeez , slow, but I'll take it.

    This is a bad week for me! Candy splurge on the weekend made me gain about 3lbs however I am not getting the losses I normally see on these first days of the week. After only 1000 calories and eating only meat and veggies yesterday I only lost .4. I am not at my normal high weight of 160 and heading into a weekend at my parents followed by two days at a conference. Both very high gain activities. I sure hope I see a good loss today before my normal gain days or I am going to be 165 at least by the time I get back!

    pbg, I've been reading more and more about FMD hoping to use it for my P4 on this round. I'm doing my usual slow losing routine, but feeling good and down 7.5 halfway through the second week. I have way more to go than I can do on one round, though, and if I can heal my metabolism I'll be happy, even if I still have to do another hcg round later. I wish you luck on the rest of the week. It seems like it takes 3 days to get things out of my system, no matter what.

    I'm honestly feeling bored and restricted with this diet this time, in spite of what I know about it, or maybe because of it. I gain if I look at beef or bison, and I've had issues with soup/broth all along so it seems harder in winter when I just want something warm and filling.
    One day at a time
    3 Rounds HCG, 28 days FMD

    FMD Net +0.4
    Experiment month 1: +2.1 - Inflammation in week 4
    Experiment month 2: +2.2 - Inflammation two weeks, finally under control last 2
    Experiment month 3: Week 1, -1.8 (exercise program FMD P2 and P3 eating - skipping P1 because of gaining and not feeling great on it.)

    is it the salt in the broth?
    make your own with spices and water, that's what I do, you can even put stevia in it if you want to

    Yeah, I've tried making my own broth, too. I can't really tell what it is, but I've not lost on it yet so it makes me nervous to do, you know? Maybe it has to do with the water retention for breaking down fat thing, but I feel jinxed on soup.

    I was worried cuz I would make the broth, cook somehting like spinach in it, eat the spinach out and re use the broth for another veg dish later.
    IS THIS MIXING VEG??
    I cut it out and now I throw out the left over broth
