Hi ladies. I will also be in P3 in February. Last day of HCG is Feb 10th so glad to have a new group for the next phase. Going on holidays for 8 days Feb 15 th so excited I have lost 18 lbs so far in P2

Sar, OMG I am dying with your post! I KNOW, 'transistors' ha! Darn auto correct I can't change the name of the group unfort However, I feel like we are weight losing MACHINES on this diet, so we'll just have fun with it. BTW, have any of you read "the best auto-corrections" that has been floating around on facebook? Ok, some are a bit crude, but I was literally LOL for days! I'll see if I can find the link, worth the read if you need a laugh or two. Sounds like your P3 is going well so far! Awesome! Are you finding you are doing the same things this round for P3 as you did in your prior rounds? Have you made any significant adjustments?

Zig, thanks for the recipes ideas! Good point about the bagged cheese! I learned that the hard way R1! Glad you are joining us! Sounds like you are on your way to great stabilization!

Diane, thanks for the crust recipe! I was trying to think of ideas for this warm crab dip I am making for the Super Bowl and that sounds like a good "dipper." Great job skipping that "expensive bottle of wine" lol You can certainly hold til Thursday!! You got this!

RK, good luck finishing up strong! Oooh, what a way to end the weekend...a nice Sunday breakfast!

Evita, there are a few of our Jan loaders that will finish P2 right around your time! Can't wait to catch up on here! Glad to hear you are still losing!

Brandy, starch is a bad word When I have carb cravings I take L-Glutamine. It is an amino acid and is supposed to help suppress carb and sugar cravings! You have done so well in P2, I know you can continue that success in P3! Maybe Diane's cheese-crust recipe could help with alternatives to starches?! Eat clean, you'll lose it! However, it is uber important to do a stead day if you are up 2lbs. If you don't cleanse it out, it can turn into perm weight.

Tracie, enjoy your travels! (well not TOO much enjoyment ) Will be looking forward to hearing from you!

AFM, I am down .6bls today (22lbs in 29 days), giving myself a nice cushion for P3. Tomorrow is my first official day of P3. I went grocery shopping and loaded up and tons of P3 friendly foods. Eggs in the morning for sure! Bacon scares me because a lot of them have sugar in them. I found these great natural sausage links that are just pork, water and spices that I will scramble with my eggs...oh I can taste it already!

On the subject of sugar....do you feel if the first 5 ingredients are not sugar that the food is P3 safe? I have been such a chicken in having anything that says 'sugar' even if it is in the "<2%" part of the ingredients. Oh, what about 'sugars' like Dextrose, etc...do you avoid those as well? What does everyone think about this?

On the sugar thing and bacon, I don't stress too much on some things. When Dr. S came up with this there were no ingredient labels, turkey or SF bacon, etc. Just like Diet Coke, I drink that with no issues. But, back then there was no nutrisweet. Know what I mean? I'm not saying I don't read labels, I do, but.... I don't worry about some things I guess

Hi Everyone! Mind if I join your P3 group? I am just finishing up Round 4. I didn't stabilize well at all in round 3 which ended just before Thanksgiving. As a result I gained back 10 lbs. I started this round early January, but my head is just not in it. I managed to lose everything I gained back plus a pound or two and at this point I'm satified. I have 15-20 more pound to lose eventually, but I think I need a break. I've done four rounds in a row. I've been doing hhcg, so I will be eating P3 starting Friday.

Hi. I'd like to join in. As you can see from my sig., I've been in P3 for almost two full weeks now, but I plan on doing another round in March, so will be eating mostly P3. This was my first round of hcg, and although I did really well on P2 (had a only a holiday party two cheese cube violation and tried, though gained, to break a stall with cocoa crack in 43 days), I learned to not mess around with P3. I was stabilizing nicely and easily, but was at a work lunch one day, was starving, and ate the roll on the table, then ate french fries...... As you can see from my sig., I've been struggling to get back to LIW. I still need to lose 20-ish pounds from my weight today, so I'm just looking to stay on track for the next month.

Those recipes look fantastic Freddie, but I will wait to try the cheese when I'm closer to my LIW.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

I have been strict on P3 for 3 days now and have lost 1 of the 2 pounds that I gained. The reason I stopped P2 at 23 days was because we are going on a trip this weekend. I'm going to try my hardest to keep to P3 foods. I'm also trying to decide if I want to continue on P3 when I get back Sunday or start P2 again for 2 weeks starting Monday. Since it would be a 10 day break from P2, would I load again or no? I'm thinking no but would like clarification if anyone knows.

We are going to Disney World on March 6th and I would LOVE to be down to 135, which means I would have 4 more pounds to lose and I know I can do that in 2 weeks of P2. This way I can start all over on P3 afterward and do it right. hahahaha

Brandy - I don't think you have to reload as long as your within that 2 week margin.

Beulah - I've been looking through all the recipes on Linda's low carb site and drooling. I had to stop. There's so many "bread" recipes too. I like almond flour and almonds seem to like me, so that's a good thing. I'll be trying a couple different ones again.

Last VLCD for me, breakfast tomorrow. Got the bacon thawing right now.

Question on potency for injections - I mixed by hcg on 12/31. I haven't had any issues with hunger, but do you think it'll be okay after my PI to keep using it? I guess if I'm hungry than probably not LOL I was pretty hungry last night and so-so this morning, so just kinda wondering if it's wearing off quicker because it's not as strong anymore.

    Hi All! All newcomers welcomed!!

Diane, I am not sure bout rx hcg sorry I am no help there. Grammy is a great resource. It may be worth a mention in her forum to see what she thinks! Enjoy your much deserved bacon tomorrow!!!

Brandy, no there is no need for loading. P&I talks about PIs. That should help you! Oh Disney! Are you taking kids? I heard the food and wine fest is awesome there!! Glad to hear you are back to eating clean! Stabilizng is so important! I still have to read up on bullet coffee, but Maria from our Jan loaders group mentioned folks have used it to lose a few extra lbs ( but that may be just for P4?!)

Beulah, nice to have you join in!! Those carbs get the best of us! I take L glutamine when i feel a carb or sugar crave coming on! It is an amino acid and helps curb the cravings! Good luck! You can do it and grt back down there! Maybe try another steak day to see if that'll help lose the extra lbs?!

Rhiannon, welcome too! I also was taking hhcg. Did you use it for all 4 rounds? Wow great losses over the time and this round!! Finish strong!!

AFM, I woke up to a .8 gain i am not even sure why!? I ate clean the 2 days with no drops, POP! I am .2 over my ldw so I am still in the clear, but I lost a bit of the cushion I was banking on! I did eat later than usual, didn't have a normal BI (sorry for tmi), and didn't get a lot of sleep, so I am sure that all attributed.

I actually didn't have my big breakfast I was planning. I opted to roast a chicken and feasted on that! Ate the crispy skin, dunked the chicken in the drippings...it was sinful! I think my belly is going to be angry with me lol! One thing thay has helped me with stabilizing was to roast a small roasting chicken every few days and pick at that if I wanted a snack. Great protein and fills me up!

    Happy Stabilizing everyone!!

I did use hhcg (from Official hcg) all four rounds. It worked great for me. I'll probably stick with it when I go back to do my last round (hopefully) this summer.

Today is my first day of no drops, but still VLCD. I think I'm starving, but I know it's mental. LOL! I can't wait for Friday.

Today was my LDW VLCD26 (Jan 28, 2013) and I have lost 21.4lbs this round. I am R2hHCG, and now have 48hrs to flush and then take on P3!

Here are a couple links I have found helpful to start P3 with good foods and things to avoid:

    http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/entry.php?b=170

I am already planning my first non VLCD meal! For lunch I am roasting a chicken and for dinner I am eating seafood with butter! Yum! What is everyone else having?

Let's do this together and stabilize together!
