I don't want to be tempted to eat poorly on Sunday - so I'll wait until I leave work. I know I'll pick up a rottesserie chicken - some cheese - veggies that I've been missing - woo hoo, bring it on.

Thanks ladies - have a fabulous day.
Hi! I'm starting P3 on Friday. I've already made an extended list. I had time to go shopping yesterday but I won't do it because to have the food here this last week is just too tempting. I will shop on Sat and not till I'm officially in P3. This last week is hard. I'm 4 pounds from goal and 3 injections left and the weight loss now is sooo sooo slow.

Today will be hard. Hubby is cooking wings, drinking beer. It's shear torture! I'm going out!

I feel like I am definitely going to gain from today. I have been cooking all day, munching on almond flour crackers, making advocado dip, licking the bowl from a healthy cheesecake, and my parents took me out to Bandanas bbq. I was good though and only had meat(no bbq) and applesauce, although I wonder if they put sugar in their applesauce, probably so. Dinner tonight I am making a cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken, almond flour biscuits, and having the cheesecake for dessert. It is all P3(as far as I know) but i feel like I am eating way to extravagant today so a gain is sure to come!
Pb that all sounds so yummy! Isn't it great to find a these P3 recipes and feel like you hit the jackpot! Well, last night did not go as planned for dinner. We were in a non serious car accident on our way back from soccer that left us without a car and sitting at a gas station for almost 3 hrs til our ride could come get us (we were 2 hrs from home in the middle of no where! So dinner last night consisted of a bag of turkey jerky bites and almonds. I am up 2lbs over ldw and have to do a steak day totally puts a damper on all the prep i have done for the football game. Howev, I did learn a valuable food lesson. I thought since there was no sugar in the 1st 5 ingredients and the sugar listed was in the <2% range, my body doesn't like that 2% sugar either! Ugh! I am a bit worried about stabilizing this round! Isn't too soon to have to do a steak day?! I don't even have a full week in!!?!

    Enjoy your day!!!

    1. Was starving at breakfast time. Made a two egg omelette with mushrooms sauteed in butter and swiss cheese. Added an avocado as a topper. I was only able to eat half of that. I was soooooo full.

    2. Went to Chili's for lunch and ate their "lighter fare" 6 oz sirloin and broccoli. I was able to finish the steak, but only had a couple bites of the broccoli. Also had wine with lunch. I was stuffed. Went and watched "The Hobbit" and then home after. I could not make myself eat dinner. Had 2 string cheeses and some spicy garlic dill pickle chips and that was it. No room for anything else. . .

What surprises me is I am down today. I was actually expecting a gain. . .but no. Today I am planning just plain scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon for breakfast. I was surprised how hard it is to find bacon without sugar in it. I am glad I found it, just surprised at the difficulty. I am also feeling a craving for plain greek yogurt, strawberries and stevia today. Yum. . .must go buy some yogurt. I have the other stuff. Think I will make shrimp scampi tonight for dinner.

I know being within 2 lbs of LDW is perfect for stabilization so the loss does not concern me. I am just concerned that I could continue to drop and not stabilize well. Any thoughts? This is my first round.
Darcy I think it pretty common to lose a little into P3. Then it all equals out. As long as you are not 2lbs over or 2lbs under you should be fine. If you are not hungry, still be sure to get the good fats like CO in your diet. That helps increase your cals even if you aren't eating too much. You def want to stabilize at that high caloric count!

ugh, up 2.6 today but still .2 under ldw. Doing shakes for breakfast and lunch and then we will see about if we even have dip for super bowl. Hubby is up 5lbs today so he is not a happy camper.

herzing25-the gain was probably from jerky, isn't it full of salt? Don't stress too much it was unavoidable event and is probably mostly water. I'm trying hard this round not to stress as much and trust it will come back off by clean eating. Although if I choose to eat zucchini chips and cream cheese dip tonight, I may just be joining you for a steak day tomorrow.

I think the flax seed crackers were causing my bloat issues, along with the mini ginger sesame seed cookies I was eating. I'm stopped for a couple days and am down to 2.2 above LIW. I'm doing my second steak day today (first was last week), to hopefully do a final back-to-normal correction after my massive carb blowout a few days back. Keeping fingers crossed. It's supposed to be my last P3 week, so I don't even want to think about starting P4 until I'm stable in the right range.

I hope you all have a wonderful day. It's a gorgeous Sunday here in Florida. I'm going shopping with my mother for new dishes. Hopefully, the stores will be empty with the Super Bowl going on.

    Hi Everyone!

First day of P3 and not hungry at all. I did have CO and coconut milk in my coffee this morning. My plans are to take it easy, no rush to add foods just because I can eat them. My round 3 went very well, 21 pounds off in 36 days. Almost at goal, will just lose it by watching what I eat.

    Happy P3 to ya'all!

ugh, I ate way too much. The problem with cooking healthier is it takes a while and then I munch while I cook, and still eat what I cook! I see a fage/steak day in my future tomorrow. At least I won't be cooking anything fancy for at least a week. Back to chicken, hamburger, fage, and smoothies for me!

Sitting right at LDW +2, so not doing a steak day. I will tomorrow if I am more than +2. I am so glad my husband doesn't see a need to have a bunch of junk food or eat more than normal during the super bowl. Super easy for me to stay on my P3 plan today.

Thanks. I added peanuts yesterday and that was not a good thing. Apparently my body does not like them. Still only LDW + 0.8 so not horrid. I just will leave those alone. Not my fave food anyway, its just that I went to a bridal show yesterday and didn't want to eat the food available there so I brought the peanuts to snack on. I sure hope its not all nuts because I love having pistachios to snack on. Although, now that I think about it, I did introduce bacon for breakfast yesterday and even after I had it I was not a happy camper. I felt all bloaty. Hmmmmm. Need to eat the bacon this morning when I am not adding anything extra to my day. I have not yet bought CO but will when I go to Costco. Its cheaper there and I get way more for my money. I am using EVOO and real butter. . .lol. Mostly EVOO though. . .lol. I made a pizza dip yesterday (cheese pizza dip - did not want to add cured meats to my dip). Since I ate tomatoes on P2 without issue I figured it would not be a problem on P3. I also have some fresh ground peanut butter that I put on celery and I made deviled eggs with dukes mayo (no sugar) and organic spicy mustard. These were for my super bowl party. I only ate the pizza dip with celery, none of the "crackers" I made from the P3 recipe. . .I was afraid to eat them even though I have those ingredients most days. I am going to do the rest of this first week only introducing one food a day. I already know my beloved cheese is fine. The oils keep me regular so I am good there and eggs, which I didn't eat in P2 do not seem to be the culprit.

This regulating thing is harder than it seems. . .Off to make breakfast. . .lol.
