P3 ***URGH! I want to go back to P2!

I started P3 this morning***I was was soooo excited about putting cream in my coffee**YUCK!
I am drinking it but it is making me so full. It did give me a little bit of an upset stomach. I plan to have eggs and bacon for breakfast this morning**but stomach is kind of queasy.
Will someone please guide me through my first week. I know it will get better.
I am going to introduce eggs today. Should I wait on dairy and nuts?
    I appreciate all your help!

Do you think you have a bit of a dairy intolerance?
Yes, take it slow the first week. Have some eggs and give it a few days before you try something else. It can take up to 3 days to see the effects from inflammation. I'd cut out the dairy for now so you know if the eggs are a problem or the dairy is. You won't know if you have both at the same time. Take another few days if all goes well and try nuts.
I always wait until well into week 1 of p3 to introduce new items as my body likes to transition into foods without the inflammatory potential. It's worked better for my stabilization. I have a hell of a time getting inflammation off so I'd rather have a solid week of p3 behind me. Good luck!

I never had had cream in my coffee before, so maybe it was just too rich on my stomach. I will go back to my milk and see if that is a problem. I did eat my boiled eggs and bacon**oh so good! I definately will take it easy this week.

Be careful w/ the milk….it does have quite a bit of sugar

Oh my gosh ** yes I just looked and it is 11 grams for 1 cup of milk! I only add a couple of tablespoons for a large cup and usually just have one cup**so I should be ok and if not I did buy some unsweetened almond milk that I will try **once I pass the almond test! LOL!

Make sure your almond milk doesn't have carrageenan….a VERY bad ingredient to avoid.

I put coconut milk in my coffee when I'm in P3/P4. I buy the Native Forest brand because it's BPA free.
