    P3 wk2--& Im still confused...

    Hi,
    I want to know, do I gain if I eat too much, and if I eat too little?
    My weight is still teetering around 1-1.8 lbs liw. I've cut my food options back to chicken, lettuce only like p2. I need some guidance, dont want to do a steak day.

    More problems are caused in P3 by eating too little than eating too much.

    You should be eating to satisfaction of any protein you wish, with added good fats like avocado, olive oil, butter, nuts (if tolerated) and animal fats.

    You should also be eating non-starchy veggies with some fruit.

    You should not be limiting yourself to only P2 foods. That is a sure recipe for P3 failure.

    Thanks, I'll look over this. Nut make me gain, although have been cooking steak, chicken in butter, olive oil etc. I am not having a good p3 like past rounds I hope I can bounce out of this. I'll keep you posted.🙂
