Thank you! I have truvia powder which I think is close to stevia. I will have to experiment to get to the right sweetness.

You can make a substitute for Truvia that is 1 C. erithrytol to 1 tsp. pure stevia extract powder, and similar sweetening power to the xylitol mix I posted. So you should be good to go.

I tried making this with Truvia and it was a bit bitter. I went and got erithrytol. I'll have to test this one out. The liquid stevia I have also left a weird bitter aftertaste.

So, I add 1tsp pure Stevia powder to 1 Cup of erithrytol?

Yes. I would powder the erythritol as well for the best outcome in your coconut oil candy. I'm surprised the Trivia came out bitter, but we all perceive sweetener tastes differently, so you may have to keep experimenting.

Pure stevia extracts can taste different too. I've been using the one from Trader Joe's and its pretty good. But I've tried other brands that had major aftertastes to me.
