    Hi Rvers. Glad to hear you are doing well also and such great exercise.... Im on about day 47 of P4 and also go up or down a lb or so ..usually staying at my goal and under LIW. Today 139.6 . Two lbs under but yesterday was 140.4 I have decided to continue my daily weight up r down just to understand the fluctuations on my scale and journaling these changes helps.

    Good morning,

    River57- I can't wait to return to the gym! I've been lifting the weights that I have in my house- and using my treadmill. I also have a cross country skier- but not a fan. But working out in my home isn't the same as the gym. Things are too hectic here- with my kids right now... when things calm down I will be returning to my regular morning workout.

    Rose- glad your noting your journey.. this food sensitivity idea is all new to me.

    AFM-- Not much to report. I am back down to 139.8.. and my skin is more subtle now. That's about it.

    Hi Rose. Glad you are hanging in there. I would love to be below LIW but feel its probably not a good idea to push the issue as I dieted so strenuously on the HCG. Before then my diet was not so great either so I'm sticking with my current plan to maintain at no more than 2 above.

    Hello Fellow HCGers! Long time it has been since I have checked in with everyone and I have MISSED you guys. I just returned from a short trip to Florida and I did eat 2 slices of key lime pie and 2 slices of pizza yesterday and I did have a 3 pound gain. So, today, I have returned to my P4 eating habits.

    I am going to look into the FMD diet---may just download the book after I write here!
    I really haven't done much a far as changing what I eat. ROSE, I do know the Pure Protein bars. I may give them a whirl when I need a little something and see if I can maintain.

    I am anxious to get back into the swing of school again--I'm looking for the structure! AND, my daughter and I are going to do another round sometime around the 2nd week in September. I want to shed another 15-20.

    Glad to have touched base again.....I will be in touch

    Welcome back atk. I think going back to eating more llike p3 for a few days will drop those three lbs reasonably fast. Even if it takes a week, thats ok too! Im still stable this week at 139.6

    Welcome back ATK-
    I'm on the fmd-- and it had definitely helped me to stabilize. The plan is A LOT of work if you follow their recipes with the meal map. But it is doable to use your own recipes with the meal map-- to make life easier. I'm eating fruits, fats and grains on the same day-- at the same meal sometimes-- and I'm stable. But that's only 3 days a week-- the other days are different food combinations.. I am enjoying the diet. I've never had such a variety and quantity on a diet before. I am NOT feeling restricted at all. I'm in week 3 of a 4 week program. I'll be done in about 10 days. Good luck with whatever you decide. But keep posting--

    Hi ladies, can I join in? Today was day 2 of p3 for me, this also is my first round of doing hcg, so far so great... I did the long round on RX pellets and lost 30 pounds, woooohooooo.... Still have quite a ways to go but I'm going in the right direction. Do you think it's normal to still not be hungry? I'm certainly not complaining but just curious. I didn't come close to a decent calories amount yesterday. And today? It's better due to some advacado eating...lol

    Absolutely Lv2ski-- welcome!! and congrats for making it through P2.
    My hunger hasn't really returned yet. I do at times feel "empty", and if I look at the clock- I realize I need to eat. I'm trying to train myself for my hunger cues. I also eat every 2-3 hours- and it's helped in squashing out my bingeing. If you have trouble getting your calories up-- try some fattier meats. Others recommend eating the skin of the chicken. I too liked avocados. Sometimes I would even snack on some unsweetened coconut flakes- just check the ingredients to make sure nothing else is added. I often found that eating a large cobb salad with avocado and meat would be very satisfying and not so filling that I couldn't eat the rest of the day --also- if eggs are approved for you, you can make a mug cake-- you use xylitol, cocao and egg whites and baking soda...you put it in a mug and pop it in the microwave-- or the oven.. yummy!!

    AFM- nowadays, I'm loving my morning smoothie. I'm going into my 4th week of fmd and I'm stable. I'm slightly less than when I started, but not under LIW. I'm very happy with my results. I will definitely plan on doing the fmd again in another p4 of hcg-- if I find difficulties stabilizing in P3.

    Welcome LV2SKI !! Many of us have done P3 more than once but happy to encourage for successful stabilizing. The main thing os NO starches or added sugars and no losses or gains more than 2 lbs after your last inj weight.

    Can I crash this party too? Like LV, I'm new to P3. Actually tomorrow will be my first P3 eating day. I'm TERRIFIED I won't stabilize. Haha, I guess I just learned to love the clearly defined boundaries of P2. Although I guess there are rules and boundaries in P3 too haha.

    This is my first round of hcg. I did try once before but after this round I can say with 100% certainty I didn't have the real deal last time ( years ago), so I'm not counting it. I lost 30 lbs in P2, and that was with one cheat in there. I'm happy with my results, and really do chalk up the cheat to a dosing issue. Once I fixed that I was never tempted again.

    Really nervous about P3, and would be nice to have some buddies!

    Welcome Aprilmarie-- I was the queen of anxiety while on P3. I think my nerves got in the way of me stabilizing. Just take deep breaths.. Try to follow the guidelines of testing 1 new item every 3 days or so... If you have a gain, then take it out of your menu and you should stabilize over the next 1-2 days or so... then you test something else.
    There are some great people on this thread! They helped me get through my crazy P3... I am now on another plan.... I am currently on P4 and maintaining well. I am within my 2 lb allowance and eating grains, fruits, fats... everything... except processed foods and sugars...
    Good Luck.. Post often and stay positive... we're all here for each other.

    So when you say add one new food every couple days, does that include low glycemic veggies? Today I wanted to eat zucchini and mushrooms at lunch
