Hey Grammy! So Im at 30mg Armour now, nothing crazy. Heres my most recent results, the top # is T4.
My TSH has dropped since my last test (from about 2.5), but so did my T3.
    Would love your thoughts!

You are still very hypothyroid. Your free T4 should be around 1.4-1.5. your free T3 should be 3.8 or so. Your TSH doesn't matter at all. Your reverse T3 is still too high also in comparison with free T3 so you're dealing with either low iron, low/high cortisol, or inflammation. I would add some T3 (Cytomel) to the desiccated thyroid. You are still very under treated and the T3 will clear out the reverse T3.

Finally found a doctor who knows what shes doing!! Shes putting me on a new thyroid med, I want to say its called Bio-throid or something like that. Its a slow release med and shes upping the dose. It has T3 and T4 in it I believe!
Im also starting on BHRT because my progesterone and testosterone are in the gutter.
    Wish me luck!
