    Wonder if we can eat the skin on the roasted chicken? hmmmmmm. Also whole cream in our coffee or half and half? I can't wait. I'm only about 4 days away!

    Yes, to skin!! And Colleen has mentioned that heavy cream is better than half and half :-)

    hi today is my first day of P3. Do I use my weight this morning or after my 3 days of my last dose without HCG?
    Kinda confused ? Thanks for any help

    Use your last dose weight, the weight you were the morning you took your last dose of hcg. You'll lose more during the 72 hours, but you'll usually regain that when you put food in your digestive tract once you start eating normally.

    Hi all,

    Just prepping for when I get to enter Phase 3!

    I've heard lots of talk of if one's weight goes over their LIW by more than 2 lbs...but what if they go under instead? As in, what happens if someone loses more weight in P3? I believe I've seen posts that reference something in P & I that mention this phenomenon, but I can't recall. If there is a fix for losing more than 2 lbs -- or if it doesn't need to be fixed -- please post.

    I was also wondering about losing weight in P 3 Im in R1P3D4 and ive lost weight everyday .2 - .6 per day so far.
    By no means am I complaining but I dont want it to mess me up later.I eat alot double protein that I had in P2 ... any ideas or help

    Hi,

    I could use a clarification on when to actually start P3.
    My last injection is 28th April at 8.00 am, from this thread I should start P3 at 1st May at 8.00am, is this correct?
    My doc gave me different info, that I should start on the next day 2nd May, that the 72 hours start after the next day after injection.

    So which is which?

    Hi,

    I am also entering ph3 on May 21st. This phase seems more confusing to me. Not thrilled that I have to now count all my calories to keep the 1200-1500 threhold. I am also not sure as to the fats I can have (i.e. cheese, salad dressings). I will tell you this....I am counting the days until I get off of Ph 2...I am so hungry again...like I was in the very beginning. I hate it!!! Hopefuly the next 11 days will go really fast!

    Hey guys! To answer some of your questions, just take it slow is the first rule. The most important thing is to replace the fat that hcg was causing your body to use for energy. You have been burning a lot of calories from your own body fat and when the hcg is out of your body you need to add fat back intoyour diet to maintain the level of calories your have become accustomed to. Follow the basic rules of no sugar and no starch. Start the first day adding good fat like heavy whipping cream, butter, and coconut oil. You don't have to count calories except to make sure you are eating enough. Your weight is going to fluctuate for a few days as your digestive system adapts to different and more foods. I usually lose a few more lbs the first 3 or 4 days and then regain it. Once your stomach settles down, add one new thing every 3 or 4 days. Sometimes you may seem to gain but if you are patient and don't add too many things at once you will see your weight return to the lower weight. After a while you might be able to add some fruit, but the first week or so I would not eat any. Avoid foods with hidden sugar or starch, but enjoy meats with natural fat. If you experience a sudden large gain it is likely a sensitivity to something. That's the reason to start slow when adding new foods so you will know what caused the reaction. Hope this helps some.     The info is great!!! It says 72 hours after your last injection. Is that the same for drops? Someone told me it was 48 hours for drops????
