Thread: Phase 3 information

    Can I just check something, if a women is at 200lbs. The amount of calories that should be eaten in one day is 200 x 11 = 2200? Is this right? Seems so much.

    Also can we eat greek yoghurt? Also flaxseeds, pepitas, sunflower and sesame seeds? I like to grind up the seeds and mix with yoghurt and an apple for breakfast.

    Alan what phase are you really in because I have seen you post on many different threads saying you are loading, 2nd day of phase 2, in phase 3, in phase 4 and so on!

    Missy I would not add all those things in at one time they can all be major issues when stabilizing.

    Can you give me a website for calories and carb counting. I do not have a cell phone app. Also any detoxing information. I was told by "whenhealthmatters" that I may need to detox and I can do it during phase . The reason is I have been 3 quite weak during R2 so I only did 40 days.
    Any comment or help.

    Hi there--I've been lurking in the forum for the past 5 weeks while I've been in P2. I've lost 27lbs in 37 days and I only have 3 days of HCG shots left. I canNOT wait to be into Phase 3! I plan to do another round after the holidays.

    Anyway, I have a quick question. The first post in this thread--and just about everything else I've read--specifically says that you discontinue the VLCD exactly 72 hours after your last injection. So by my math, if I give myself my last injection at 7am on Friday November 2, I will start P3 at 7am on Monday November 5. However....I have been doing the diet through at "program" locally where I meet with the program coordinator once a week, report in, get measured, see the doctor for pre- and post- evaluation, etc. The coordinator is insisting that I need to remain on the VLCD for 3 full days with no injections--so instead of starting P3 on Monday, she says I start Tuesday. I think she's wrong.

    Can anyone confirm when I should, in fact, start P3? Thanks.

    Guys, help. Ha, I start P3 in about 15 days and I've been reading a lot and honestly this is my face ----> 0.o
    I think to make this easier I'm going to follow Atkins Induction for this phase. Can I just get a confirmation that this is okay?
    I'm having a hard time comprehending how I'm allowed to eat some butter, cheese, oil and fats like this and not gain weight. I have never done a low-carb diet, this is completely foreign to me and I don't want to blow back up. I mean really, I can have pork rinds? Chicken wings? What is going on in the world?

    I basically followed Atkins induction on p3 and did very well
