    Question About LIW

    Hey guys!

Question about my LIW. My last couple of weigh ins went like this:

    Sunday 10/17 - 148.8
Monday 10/18 (Last Injection Day) - 149.3 (I obviously had a high sodium day and TOM is coming up)
    Today 10/19 - 148.6

Do I still go by Tuesday’s weigh in even though I know it was a little bit of a false reading?

Any insight on how to go about this would be great! I don’t want to start with a half a pound leeway that’s not real.

    Thanks so much!

This exact thing has happened to me, and what I did is go by the book and used my LIW as my LIW. Take the leeway as a gift and not nearly as big of a deal as you may think it is!

Take your LIW as it presented and enjoy the bit of extra room. It will sort out as you go through P3. If its falsely high it doesn't hurt anything. The two pound window is squishy on the low side. We don't recommend correcting for a too low weigh in unless you are getting in the 5-7 pounds down range.
