questions about day 1 of P3

    Hi,
I took my last drop Friday morning at 645am. I plan on starting P3 on Monday at 7am. My first thing to have is cream in my coffee yay. Two questions - 1st one if I had eggs a few times during my 44 day round ( maybe had eggs 4-5 meals) and lost after those days am I "cleared" to have them from the start of P3? Also if I chose cream in my coffee Monday morning can I have cheese that day too? Or is it pushing? I like planning ahead my meals that helps a lot. Some of meals that I plan on having will be similar to P2 meals but will add butter or olive oil and of course Marie's blue cheese dressing to my salad now.

If you used homeopathic drops, your P3 starts on Sunday, as the transition is 48 hours from the last dose.

If your drops are RX, then yes, Monday would start your P3.

You will likely be fine with not testing eggs, but there is no guarantee. I would not add cheese the first day. I consider hard cheese a separate test beyond other dairy like cream, yogurt and soft cheeses like cottage.

    Thank You Leez,
I got my drops at my doctor's office. They come from a homopathic pharmacy though as per the bottle.

Its not the source, but what is actually in the bottle. If the drops are homeopathic, then your transition time is 48 hours.

Homeopathic drops will have the dilution strengths for the HCG listed as something like 6x 12x 30x.
