    Helppp i was stable between 196 -197 and i gain 3 pounds only different thing i ate was butternut squash, steak day dont work for me should i do a CTD ??? my LDW WAS 199.4 TODAY I AM 200.8 but i was between 196-197.6 for like 2 weeks helpppp please NO TOM, i didnt drink enough water in the last 2 days

    Hi again,

    I lost 1.8 pounds on the protein and fat day. That still puts me up .4 over +2lb limit. I don't know what to do today. Repeat the protein fat day until I'm back into the allowable range? Do a steak day now that it's been 5 days? Or try to add back in veggies and see if I gain and if I do, try to correct tomorrow. sigh. It's never simple is it!

    Any advice would be helpful!

    HI, Lost 10 lbs on P2 and I just started P3 a little over a week ago and really blew it this weekend! Had eggs and pizza and snickers bar! Back in control as of Monday and yes my weight is up 2 lbs from Friday. Will a steak day still help me or have I just blown it? =?

    Well, that didn't work! I'm up .6 of a pound. I so don't know what to do from here.

    you may need to adjust your LIW up to where you are and just try to stabilize from there.

    Meaning that I should just start adding back in fruits and vegetables and forget about trying to go back the 3 pounds? Do I need to stay longer on P3 in order to stabilize? I'm scared to add in sugars or carbs at this rate. Today would be the end of P3 normally.

    I had bacon twice yesterday - would that salt have caused the problem??
