Yay P4! I cannot believe that these last three weeks just FLEW by! I only lost 0.8 pounds on my steak day, so virtually no cushion, although I am only 1.8 over LIW. I usually lose the day after a steak day too, if I focus on protein and healthy fats, so that's what I'll do!! I will not introduce anything new until I have a little cushion (probably Saturday) I'll have to come up with something really good!!

I really have enjoyed getting to know everyone and being held accountable even in P3...I think it is key to succeeding on this (or any) diet. That is the one thing I miss about Weight Watchers, although now that I have gotten to know you I don't miss it so much! I guess what I'm saying is...stick around!! Check in, even if it's not everyday! Kim, I want to see how you conquer your allergy demons in P4 and LadyJ, I love seeing your addresses!! So if we need to make P4 thread, let's do it...or stay here to offer encouragement and support.

Have a great day...and stay POP...whatever phase you are in!!

Kelly-I made a P4 thread and thought I posted the link here, but I guess I didn't. I don't mind if we just stay here, or use the P4 thread. I think a lot of people fall away, then over time, end up on P2 again!!!! I'd love to keep accountable, share recipes, etc.

    Link to new thread: http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...ability-61828/

After a lot of scary foods-lol- yesterday, I'm still at LIW. Woot! I had:
B-grated goat cheddar cheese with my scrambled eggs and bacon
L- homemade chilli rellenos stuffed with chili, yellow squash, mushrooms, and goat cheese (chèvre)
S-pumpkin smoothie I found on pinterest using coconut milk (many use yogurt and I can't have dairy)
S-one of my no bake energy bites, with gluten free oats in the recipe (so darn good!)
D-hamburger with all the fixins including my comeback sauce and bacon (no bun)

I had made a japanese sweet potato, but with eating the smoothie and energy bite so close to dinner, I didn't eat it. I'll eat it today. If you ever get a chance try a japaenese sweet potato, do it! They are more mild, less sweet, but oh so good! Unfortunately, more expensive, too.

I hope everyone is doing well today!

YUMMMM.....your menu sounds delicious!!!!! I couldn't do cheese last P3, but I was fine with hwc and natural cream cheese (WEIRD)....I know you can't do those though but I may have to try the goat chedder when I enter into P3 again....12 more days!!!!

I've never heard of a japanese sweet potato.....I don't like regular ones as they are too sweet so when I hit P4, I may have to try the japanese one....sounds really good!!! Do they carry them at health food stores???

    THANKS

I buy mine at a store called Central Market. I can't find them in less hoity-toity chains like Kroger or Tom Thumb. I'm not sure where you live, so hard to say! I'd check Trader Joe's for sure, but their produce section was kinda small in the only 2 I've ever been in. Central Mkt has a HUGE produce section.

Just be careful with Feta. It's supposed to be sheep and goat, but some sneaky American brands are making it with cow b/c it's cheaper. Be sure to read labels on Feta. My beloved Central Market, when using Feta in prepared salads, uses the cow feta. Grrrrrrrr.

You will be in P3 in no time! Is your P2 going well?

It wasn't in the beginning....but now finally dropping well!!! Thanks for asking I've lost 8.5 which I'm fine with. Down to 155.5 which I haven't seen in forever....not bad at almost 5'9

I'm in So Cal....I only have Trader Joe's out of the stores that you mentioned, but we have Sprouts and Organic Roots which carry some cool stuff!!! I don't like feta so I'm alright there....but I do love cheese but it didn't love me last P3. I couldn't do fage either which a lot of people do with no problems. Oh well....such is life!

I can't WAIT to be in P3.....I love eating P3!!!

I want to release 10 at least by Thanksgiving when we host the dinner and a baby shower for my ds/dil. 14 peeps coming. I want to be well into p3 by then. Hope to do a long round but we shall see. Goal this round is 140. Was 151.4, and 154.4 after loading. Have to weigh in at docs tomorrow unexpectedly. We shall see what I weigh on the Scrooge scale.

I will be looking for a p2 thread but will check in here. Anyone starting p2 again this week? It amazes me how not afraid I am now of doing vlcd. Hcg is so great.

Blessings to all. I have to go back and read the posts that I have missed over the past week. Hope there is not a ton of p3 foodie talk, lol!

Not this week but...my 6 weeks is up Halloween, but I am thinking of starting the 21st instead. It's crazy, but I'm really unhappy at my current weight and can't wait to get back to VLCD! Have you started early before? I'm concerned about stabilizing later on, especially as I didn't really stabilize until a few days ago and I'm still not reacting well to carbs. I did give up my wine which seemed to make all the difference though. Funny how I used it in my first 2 rounds to bump up my calories in P3, and this time it's being so mean to me.

For some reason, wine is betraying me as well. I don't get it. I think starting early is not so much about stabilizing, but about letting your skin firm up. I could be wrong tho.

I hope it's not permanent, I need my wine, lol. My skin doesn't seem very loose so maybe I'll be okay, thanks!

    Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say that I won't be on here anymore. I have stabalized just fine and as long as I eat reasonably I don't go up.

You all seem to be doing well too.

    Take care,
