Yvonne, I just think it's in your nature and in alignment with your life experience to be a profound helper. It's a lovely thing as long as it's not a detriment to yourself. I'm always a bit wary of my own recovery from a very codependent nature for much of my life. And I took to heart the profound advice I received from a Buddhist Master a few years ago: if they don't ask, it's meddling.
Of course what we're largely talking about is when people say, "Wow, you've lost a lot of weight and look great. . . . What did you/are you doing?" Yvonne goes full throttle sharing about HCG with tips, tricks, and a goodie bag to get started. I say something like "I cut out sugar and starches and started walking in the morning in a fasted state." That generally gives people enough to get started if they want to make a change. But in my experience, most people are just making conversation and don't really want to make a change. If I felt someone were truly serious and open to dramatic steps toward real change that has the potential to last, I might reveal the HCG magic. But most people in my life already think I'm beyond disciplined and a little nuts when it comes to health/diet/exercise, etc. No need to give them more fuel for the fire and one more thing to question. For me it's private. Much like my spirituality--which I reveal when it seems appropriate.
Just my two cents on the matter.
