    I believe a few of you are starting P3 tomorrow... I can't wait for more of us to sip our coffee with HWC together!

    Day 1 went well for me. No change in weight from the last day of P2, so I'm optimistic about dairy. If tomorrow still looks good, I'll start shoveling in cheese on flaxseed crackers.

    I hope you all have a fantastic first P3 breakfast planned!

    Ok, i have a question. My last drops were on monday. Since monday i've lost 1.5 lbs.
    so which weight do i follow ? Am i already below my LIW before starting p3?

    Your LIW is the weight the morning you stop the drops. The two VLCD following are just to get the HCG out of your system before adding in extra foods. Most people lose a little more weight during these days, but its not to be counted as your LIW. Its nice to have a little cushion though
    R1 - April 2011 (23 days)
    Start weight - 164#
    LDW-146#

    Had our first beautiful baby girl in between rounds

    R2 - April 2013 (26 days)
    Start weight 154.4#
    LDW - 138.8 #

    P3- Stabilized at 140#

    So moving forward I need to be either two lbs up or down from my weight on Monday....okay..well i'm already below LIW soo woohoooo...LOL
    I am so looking forward to cream in my cafe tomorrow teeheee

    My first day of P3...I had my cup of coffee with cream and it was ooo soooo yuummy. But now i'm afraid to eat anything.
    For lunch I will have a cheeseburger avocado lettuce wrap, since there is cheese on it do you suggest keeping the avocado off ? To much to soon ? Cream, cheese and avocado ??

    This is my second week of p3....doing well until yesterday...actually dropped a pound. Then ate real salad drssing, a piece of chocolate and whipped cream, felt bad physically and did not exercise. I have been very careful to exercise every day pretty much throughout the entire p2 and p3 ....lost 26 but today up 1.5, so back to careful eating today.

    oh gosh mpd, that's what I'm afraid of. ...I went to reach for the French dressing today and saw how many sugars it had so I stuck to Walden farms for my salad later. I am going to buy Waldens farms Ketchup too.
    I also bought light Hellmans Mayo...zero sugar and less than 1 gram of carbs..thats okay to use right ?

    I just had my lunch.....I had a cheeseburger inbetween lettuce ( like a bun )...poured some Walden farms ranch dressing over it...and oh my lord I was in heaven !!
    BTW..I've been using Walden farms balsamic and ranch dressing throughout P2 and it did not affect my lose. They are no calorie, no sugar, no carbs condiments and dressing.
    I just placed an order online for ketchup, mayo, french dressing, pancake syrup, ice cream syrup, grape jelly. I'm so excited to get them. I will use them slowly and will not drench my food with them.
    Has anyone tried Walden farms dressings and condiments ????

    1st day of P3. Yay!!!! Enjoying my cup of coffee with heavy cream as I type. Had two scrambled eggs for breakfast and a couple of strawberries.
