Hi All, Added eggs back in yesterday and woke up down .4 to be .2 below LDW. I won't add anything else yet but I'm assuming eggs are okay. Have a great day! Lorie

Ok, did a steak day yesterday and a detox bath with ginger. Boy does that one make you sweat. I don't know if I was in for 20 minutes or not but it came to a point where I had to get out quick. Today I am happy to report that I am below liw at 128.6. I lost 2.6lbs! Liw was 129.2. Woohoo!

BTW, I added a sausage link of chicken feta cheese to my steak dinner with an apple bc last time I did that I noticed I lost quite well. And here I am .6 below liw.

Today is scrambled eggs for breakfast and a snack of almond cookie with a hazelnut spread I made from Maria's blog. The hazelnut spread if ok, not the greatest if you've ever had nutella, there's no comparison. But still good. Seems like nutella has a honey taste to it where Maria's version does not.

Lunch will be chicken spinach feta sausages and dinner I don't know yet.

Well, I am back down to LDW on the dot, so things are going well for me so far. I've added in eggs and dairy in the form of cheese and heavy cream as well as butter and am LOVING P3- may the stabilization continue in a positive way!

My daughter is going to prom next weekend! It's a senior prom but she was invited and she's only a sophomore. What fun we have had shopping!

I am all over the place in P3. Still down from my lowest but I've been down as low as 5.5 lbs! That's not good. I had a very stressful night so I ended up with rum and diet coke for dinner. Holy cow... haven't had any alcohol in a long time. Went straight to my head and dehydrated me. I was shocked when I saw how low my scale was the next morning. However, it all came back today!

I am so disappointed in all the P3 treats. I just can't stand any of them (mug cake, coccoa crack, etc.) Anyone have any other ideas? I want something sweet SO bad!

heavy cream and cocoa whippped to make mouse add xylital to sweaten.

Started at 179 (5'3") June 5th 2010. Lost 40 pounds eating no sugar, flour, wheat, rice, or dairy, and eating 2 times a day breakfast and lunch. Stalled at 138 for 4 months then decided to do HCG.

where do you buy zylital? I have been using liquid stevia. I'm wondering if it is what is making everything taste weird.

I make this and it is so good!

Xylitol I found online. It's also available at Whole Foods. It can make your stomach hurt though. I use part xylitol and part truvia and it makes a big difference with my stomach.

I think I've messed up big time! It started Easter which was Round 1 P2D37. Monday, back to VLCD. Tuesday Wednesday out of town for business, did not stick to VLCD. Thursday did VLCD until dinner, Church Ladies Meeting had Pizza!! Today is Friday...didn't do too bad, but ate Fajitas, no tortilla, meat, guac, a few chips, lettuce and pico. I don't know how to correct this and get myself stabilized. I lost 28 pounds and am able to wear clothes I haven't been able to for 3 or 4 years...YAY!! -- but now I am SOOOO afraid to weigh after these last few days. Any thoughts or suggestions? Do you think all is lost?

tanyamac and ready2lose: so sorry, hang in there.

Ok, so today is my son's 6th birthday (had him at age 40). Here's my plan for getting through it and staying on p3! Made fajitas for lunch, and everyone loved it, including me with my fajita salad. they had the rest of the Easter chocolate for dessert (yeah, that's out of the house!). Tonight I booked our family a table at a crepe restaurant where I can order salad. Wow, I'm not even making a cake! Since we're on Easter break, his party will be in 2 weeks. I've hired my friend's babysitter to make cupcakes and cookies for the party. I just think it will be much harder for me to resist sweets that I've toiled over. Only one problem--usually he brings a cake to school. If he remembers and asks me, I think I'll just make one from a box. Usually I make their cakes from scratch, but I think if I make a mix, I'll be a lot less tempted. I hope my plan doesn't have holes!
