Finally starting P3 on Easter too! Thought P2 would never end! This was my first round and I had a hard time. Esp. the last two weeks. If I do another round I will do a shorter round. I was over it by day 27 . . .prob. should have stopped then. Overall I lost 15 pounds and about 17" . .so not too bad. . .for sure not what I was hoping.
Hopefully since I lost so slowly I will have an easier time maintaining in p3.

Today was my first day in phase 3! I ate some alvocado with my chicken. Also a few nuts. Not a fan of the nuts so I probably won't do that again. Just getting ready to shop at Whole Foods tonight so I'll have to figure out what to do for dinner tonight without new food.
I was too scared to weigh during P2. I just weighed the last 2 days and dropped 2.4 lbs in 24 hours! I guess that is the weight I will try and maintain within 2 lbs.
I don't care for eggs but the muffins somehow sound good. Does it taste really eggy (like scrambled eggs)?
I also have to make spaghetti for the family tonight... ugh... it's SO not fair!
Hi everyone! I'm starting P3 the week after Easter. I am excited to read how yall do this week. I really like the results I've gotten so far, and am hopeful that stabilization goes as well as this first round did! Mostly I feel very encouraged by all the good info I've gotten from this site and the folks here. Thanks for your posts!
so glad to see so many new faces here! Sounds like everyone is doing well. I am doing homopathic drops and it was 48 hours for me, my last round. so thats what i will do this round. my newest bottle came with no information except 6 drops 6 times a day. has worked awesome doing it that way. dropped 12 lbs this round which is fine. any more would be too much. well, except the last 2lbs i'm shooting for in the next four days. i cheated badly twice. so my own fault for not hitting my goal sooner. i'm really really hoping (if this reshaping thing really works) that i'll have more inches come off my thighs. and i want to tone up big time in the next six weeks or so. i will not wear shorts at this point. My coworker told me she wanted my butt today, so i took that as a complement? it's still a bubble. i kept thinking i had not lost very much off my butt and thighs but i lost 5 inches off my butt and almost 3 inches off my thighs. most of my weight came off my upper half. now, i am pretty much boobless and my ribs are sticking out. i've actually had people (family members) gasp when they saw how skinny my upper half is. i lost 5 inches off my waist and 4 off my tummy. never measured my chest. anyway, my dog is sitting outside the window howling at me to come take him for a walk. hes a border collie with hound dog. You cant tell the hound dog at all in him till he does his howling. its so funny. annoying yet funny.

I would love to join you. I start P3 on Friday. I took my last dose last night and I havent been too hungry today yet. I will add a little more protein tomorrow night if I start feeling really hungry.
I did a 30 day round and went from 168 to 146 but did struggle with fatigue on P2.
I am trying to plan my first P3 day menu. How does this sound?
strawberries(I need something else for breakfast but just read my bacon was cured with sugar now what?)
Big salad with lettuce, green peppers, cucumber tomatoe, SF or no salad dressing.
Tuna Fish with SF mayo wrapped in lettuce
Hamburger or grilled steak and sauteed asapargus or brocolli in butter.
Does that sound O.K. for the first day? Then do you think I could add cheese or dairy(not both) on saturday or would that be too soon. I am planning on making a P3 cheesecake and wanted to maybe try a piece on Sunday but it might be too early.

You could try steak for breakfast as well. Or you could make your own sausage out of ground turkey or chicken. It is really easy. I think you could at least try to add in cheese or dairy. You will find out if it is a problem! Today was my first day on P3 and I added coconut oil, olive oil, broccoli, and green beans. Debating adding eggs tomorrow. I ate them without a problem in P2 and absolutely love them. Then I could have deviled eggs for Easter. I could care less about desserts as long as I get my eggs! It is funny how we are!
Hi! I want to join too! Today was the first day of P3 for me! I ate about 950 calories! I hope I did everything right! I'm pretty nervous about adding foods back in. I was on a 40 day round of nasal spray and have lost 27 lbs. I'm happy with that! I have menu ideas written down. I had an omelet this morning with 2 eggs, bell peppers, onions, ham and a little cheese. I had a tummy ache all morning!!! LOL I guess I shouldn't have started out so rambunctious!
I found sugar free sausage in the freezer section of my grocery store. They are called Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Little Pork Sausages... ingredients are pork, salt, spices and an all natural casing. Your list looks like a good start, but you might want to add a few more things to it, especially at lunch. Definitely try one of the three big ones... dairy, eggs or cheese. I am on P3D4. I know everyone is different, but feel free to check out my blog if you would like to see what I've been eating. I am (so far) stabilized at my LDW of 153.4. Also, if you want to make that cheesecake and give it a try, you should definitely try eggs or dairy your first P3 day so you know on Sunday if you are ok with the ingredients (not sure which recipe you are using). Thanks for the great info all. Lawgal, I will gladly check out your blog. I will also look for those sausages tonight at the grocery store. I live in a small town so I am not sure if I will find them but maybe. The cheesecake will have the four biggies(nuts,eggs, cheese and dairy) so I think I will make it for hubby and then if there is any left later in the week I might try a piece if I do fine on the individual ingredients. I might try to add in an egg tomorrow. I am hesitant because about every 3rd time I have scrambled eggs or omelett(the only eggs I will eat) I get sick at my stomach, nothing too bad just a little discomfort and a trip to the bathroom(sorry if TMI).
Today is my last day in P2. I am not starving yet but I did bring a little extra protein to eat if I need it. Here is to the next phase of this journey.
