Haha, somehow I am managing!I had half n half in my coffee this morning, a couple almonds (for some reason I LOVE almonds with coffee when it has half n half in it) and had made a crustless quiche with eggbeaters, ham, swiss, onion and green pepper. SO good. I remember last time, it was hard and my stomach was hurting but evidently, not this time, haha!

First day no HCG and I'm up 1.8 lbs...no cheating yesterday either...if it goes up tomorrow, do I have a steak day even though P3 starts Friday?
Hmmmm...are you sure you got all your protein and calories in? I heard that if you don't, your weight can go up. I do know that as soon as you go over 2.0 over your LDW/LIW, you do a steak and apple or tomato day immediately that same day you weigh in (in the morning). Let us know how you do tomorrow morning.
I'm still not 100% sure when I'm starting P3. My diet manual from the weight loss clinic I used for my first round says 72 hours; yet I'm seeing elsewhere on the message board that I only need to do 48 hours (I did homeopathic drops). I think I'll just go right in between the times to be on the safe side. I can already tell that I'm not on the drops because I was pretty hungry today.
Everything I've seen says 48 hrs for hhcg, and 72 hrs for shots

Hi everyone - I have a question, I am preparing for P3 and was wondering how many calories you should be eating in P3. I also am wondering about the protein, the instructions I have are pretty vague so I am hoping to get advice from someone who has done it before. Oh dear! I'm up in weight already! I'm not sure exactly how much since I used a different scale, but I'm guessing 3-4 lbs!!! EEK! I don't even have the ingredients to do a steak day or fage day. I guess I will have to tomorrow.
I don't think I'm getting enough calories/protien in...anyone have luck with any protien shakes? I wanted to do leptin reset but breakfast is soooo hard for me!
Day 2 no hhCG...tomorrow is day 1 of Phase 3. Fortunately I'm down .4 of the 1.4 gain from yesterday. Thinking tomorrow I'll increase my protein for lunch and dinner. I'll add full fat Greek yogurt with protein power mixed in...just so that I get to the 100g protein mark.
How does that sound all?
