Thread: anyone starting P3 on March 18.... first time on P3

    DAY 3

    BF - sausages with cheese , coffee with FC , greek yogurt with blueberries (first time to eat fruit after no HCG drops)
    snack - protein shake (zero carb zero fat only 87 cal)
    Lunch - 2 pcs grilled porkchops ( love them) but i only finish 1.5, tuna salad (green and red peppers, iceberg , lettuce) with olive oil and balsamic sauce
    snack - MCDONALDS ceasar salad with chicken ( the chicken was cooked fried with flour coating so i have to take that out and also the beets veggies , got rid of the parmesan as well, didnt finish the salad actually)
    dinner - fried chicken with skin OMG i miss them but only ate 2pcs and left over tuna salad and 1/2 porkchops left over

    2liters of water, 2 green tea with lemon and 1 cup black coffee , 3 cups fruity flavored tea

    my stomach felt weird after eating the fried chicken i almost want to throw up... must be the oil in them... oh and i went to MCDONALDS because one of our friends celebrated her birthday ... hahaha yes mcdonalds like child party she miss the burgers so much, but of course i dont want to ruin my P3 but didnt want to loose the chance to see them as i have been avoiding all their invites since last P2 phase as i would be tempted to cheat... any way there were eating all these nusty burgers and fries and sodas and desserts but never got tempted... i got 3 cups fruity tea and balck coffee in front of me so it was kinda funny like that but it work out since i was able to eat with them... only salad but was satisfied

    and the result for yesterday ..... yeheyyyyy i didnt gain at all... even drop .1 today.... now i might add some cheese for breakfast....

    hi everyone.... yes of course all are welcome even if you are all starting the P3. im only a few days on the phase also.

    like everyone i am still scared everyday on wht to add and what to eat... dont want to waste all that hard effort from P2 and i dont want to gain back all the pounds since i need to loose like 40 more pounds as well

    and yes i do feel better more now than a month ago. i lost inches and pounds .... i love most the inches that i lost on the thighs thats my biggest problem and biggest part of may body ... lol... but to see those changes keeps me going through the diet

    i also almost read all the threads here trying to get some good advices which you will really find. the senior members also are very helpful and they try to answer the questions when they can

    how do you do the muscle test? i dont have a clinic here so i do the diet my self. and the lasering of food as well? i havent read full details about it but i have read a couple of post about it

    with food reactions, im trying not to add too many foods at a day, so i will know if im sensitive or not. eggs and cream im not sensitive that im like 80% sure since i have been eating them since day 1 qnd im on day 4 today...

    wowww icecream.. but on the first week of P3 i think its not a good idea and specially the milk you will put, or if you use yogurt might be ok... they say full cream is much better than milk because of the sugar content

    good luck on your twirl romance... and best of luck your BF will not find out about it and most important the scales will be good on you ^_^

    ahhhh P2 i miss the structure as well and the food but im happy also to try new things... as i will be coming back again to P2 in 5 weeks time after P4 so im just glad to have a break for now

    i want to try the darkchocolates as well for dessert and the cocoa crack. i also bought the coco flour but no almond flour here only powdered flour ( im living in france) but i think i will wait for end of 2nd week to 3rd week to try those things.

    goodluck to all of us and if you can share your food intake also will be great... breakfast with eggs bacon and sausages are yummmyyy but i want to try other things also....

    sounds like you are doing great ... I know what you mean i had two eggs and a small peice of steak a glass of tea and felt so full ! It is true your taste buds change lol

The salad probably ended up being the equivalent of the size of a restaurant's "tossed" side-salad and an ounce of dressing. I also ate a 100 calorie pack of Wholly guacamole. I made sure both the ranch and guacamole had no added sugar, but the dressing had 2g of it even though I didn't see it in the ingredient list.

    After eating all of that I feel bloated, fat and full. I've had 2 cups of black coffee, 1 cup of black tea, and I'm almost finished with my 64oz of water which I've been drinking nearly everyday on the diet.

    Today is my "official" weigh in at the clinic to get my real weight loss total and measurements, but according to my record-keeping, I've lost 21.4lbs as of this morning and down to 138.2 from 159.6. Tonight I'm supposed to celebrate with my boyfriend by going out to eat FINALLY at my favorite restaurant and I know I won't be able to finish my meal since I know what I'm ordering. I'm just so afraid of blowing right back up again and I just can't mentally even think about doing another 40 day cycle anytime soon. I'm very close to my goal weight, and actually don't care if I lose anymore, but I definitely don't want to gain anything more. I already miss the structure of P2.

    Anyone else feeling the same way?

    I read the forum everyday hoping to find some insight and keep me on track. I guess I don't know how to handle the freedom to eat what I want and make my own choices since for so long I've had someone (the book) telling me exactly what I can eat. It's like going to a restaurant that has one of everything on the menu and you can't chose because there are so many choices. Whereas if you had only 5 choices, it'd be a lot easier... Any tips would be appreciated!

    this morning i stayed the same weight so i guess the eggs will be fine !! YAY i had scrambled eggs with onion steak and cheese this morning
    I sure am loving me some P3 !!

    Always room for more !! The more the merrier!! just take it slow and you will be fine .. I have never tried the laser method i just take it slow. I might try it tho sounds interesting!

    Well this morning after eating out last night (Korean food - stuck with marinated short ribs and kim chi aka pickled cabbage and no rice) and a slight increase, .4lb so not too bad considering I ate ALL of the meat and wasn't planning on it. Couldn't help it! I was so excited to finally go out to eat and not just have to sit there while I watch everyone else eat. But yesterday was also my last official weigh-in at the clinic and here is the "official" weigh-in, although mine was slightly different since I always weigh first thing in the morning and without clothes:

    (They forgot to copy me on the first page which had the first week measurements and weights so the second week will have to do)
    Feb 11th:
    BMI: 26.6
    Weight: 155.0
    Body Fat: 32.4%
    Neck: 12.5 in
    Shoulders: 39.5 in
    Breast: 35 in
    Arms: 11 in
    Waist: 31.5 in
    Hips: 41 in
    Thigh: 24.5 in
    Calf: 15.25 in

    March 18th:
    BMI: 23.7
    Weight: 139.8
    Body Fat: 27.4%
    Neck: 11.75 in
    Shoulder: 37 in
    Breast: 34 in
    Arms: 10.5 in
    Waist: 27 in
    Hips: 36 in
    Thigh: 21
    Calf: 14.5

    My first day I actually weighed in at 159.6, so "officially" I've lost 19.8 although I actually calculate at home 20.6 as my last day of drops I weighed 139.0 even. I've lost a total of 17.5 inches! I can't believe I lost so much off my waist, hips and thighs, although that's exactly where I wanted to lose. I wish I had taken before and after pics, the clinic did and were supposed to email me my pics yesterday but I still haven't received them...

    But anyway, here's to everyone who's on P3 and here's to maintaining that weight loss! I know we can do it! This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs and 3 strips of bacon again. Still can't drink the heavy cream in my coffee, still like it black, but I have another chicken thigh cooked with some oil for lunch as well as more salad with real dressing for lunch. Not eating out tonight again, it was just a treat for ending P2 and will hopefully start my transition into stabilization! Good luck everyone!

    Morning! Im still at my ldw although I had a touch of the stomach flu last night. I think the 2 servings of fage did me in! I love that stuff with some flax meal and a little truvia. This a.m. I had 2 egg omlete with a little cheddar and avacado. Im seriously not hungry so Im just drinking some tea and Ill try some chicken something for lunch. I have been looking at this post for recipies. There are tons! I hope I am not sensitive to almonds because I just bought a 5 pound bag of almond flour off of amazon.

    hi melaniet... the fried chicken where cooked at home... i ate only the salad with chicken at McDoanlds

    but im really not hungry also today and its like force feeding ... i think its because TOM is due in a few days and im like these when its about to come

    wow THISSPICE that good losses and you earned to celebrate it. maybe try some other brand of full cream... i like it not that much but its better than black coffee. i dont like putting sugar with my coffee but i really love it with milk froth ... i miss cappuccino and cafe latte a lot.

    Pringles, thanks! It's been a tough journey for sure!

    Although I gained .4 yesterday from Monday, I'm back down .4 this morning to 138.2, still .8 under LIW at 139.4.

    Yesterday's menu:
    Breakfast
    2 eggs cooked with a little olive oil spray
    3 pieces bacon
    1 cup hazelnut flavored coffee with stevia (still not liking creamer)

    Lunch
    1 baked chicken thigh cooked with blackening seasoning and a little olive oil
    1 small bowl of romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and raw broccoli
    yogurt ranch dressing

    Dinner
    1 bowl of romaine lettuce
    regular ranch dressing
    6 baked pork ribs (was cooked with bbq sauce but I scraped off as much as I could since I didn't make it)

    This morning I ate same thing for breakfast and will eat the same thing for lunch (sorry, I've become a pretty boring and structured person! It's so much easier that way!) but I think we are going out to eat again and I'm having 6 chicken wings with ranch dressing to dip and some raw carrots.

    THISSPICE.... carrots are not good in P3 because they contain high carbs...
    also beets , corn , parsnips , pease , plantains potatoes in all form and winter squashes... i will try and see if i can still find the forum where i read it...

    i gain .1 today but i lost .4 from my LWD so im happy im not in danger zone. but today i added cheese , and the oil that was used to fried the porkchops at my friends house i think is the bad one so im a bit scared of the scales tomorrow and TOM is around the corner i feel totaly bloated

    for lunch i oven baked the 7thigh chicken which i shared with my bestfriend.... it was the recipe if you get high 2lbs from LWD, and OMG i cant imagine how i can finish that much if i do the CT it tastes good and skin was cripy but after eating one thigh i can feel all the oil which makes my stomach funny... so im really hoping im not gonna do the CT anytime soon
