    peanut butter on toast ... oh yeah but only a memory until P4 lol I know what you mean about mushy...I have been doing squats and arm exercises with weights trying to start slow will add more in week 2 of p3 sound like you are doing great!

    I just had the best lunch. Turkey burger with lettuce bun and all the fixings minus ketchup. Its was delish!

    I'm making tortellini soup for the fam so I think I will just have yogurt early. I have to make sure I don't eat too late.

    I was up 1.8 yesterday morning but I skipped dinner last night and am back down to. .2 over ldw. I want to keep it off this time! I'm at my goal but really need to tone up. I've been this light before but I wasn't so mushy! Does that make sense? I need to build some muscle! I've been pinning tons of fast exercises on pinterest. Have at great evening!

I have 1 more chicken thigh for lunch (next week I'll do a different meat) and have a big salad for lunch with egg, bacon crumbles, green pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli and spring mix with ranch. Dinner, not sure? We're going to see George Strait tonight so we'll probably eat out. :-) Have a great weekend everyone, I know everyone can do it! I'll check in on Monday.
    going to see George Strait ... you lucky girl!!! What does the coconut milk taste like ?I have been wanting to try it !

    good morning !! still stable oh I am so glad peanut butter didn't make me gain!! YAY
    I woke up to a visitor this morning ... Yeah TOM so I wont be adding anything new until its over!

    Well too much Greek yogurt put me up again. I hate this yoyo business. Our Safeway finally has full fat fage. Its so good! Too good actually! I will not have any today. . When I need a treat ill have some chai tea with hwc and truvia. Its a bummer that I have to cook dinner for the fam and most of the time I can't have it. I'm like a live in slave round here

    I have a stressful week coming up and then tom after that so I hope the scale likes me.

    Hi all -

    Just wanted to say thank you for posting your meals and P3 weigh-ins. I am about to transition and am TERRIFIED of blossoming out of control from adding the tiniest amount of fats. Your experiences are making me realize that it's going to be OK to eat food!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

    I love Fage yogurt but i have never found full fat.

    I live in the middle of nowhere with only safeway and a tiny walmart. All other shopping is an hour away. I usually buy 3 at a time! Maybe you can special order it somewhere. Its worth it!

    Im having ground turkey stirfry with cabbage and broccoli for lunch. I put just a touch of sesame oil and some sesame seeds in it. Its pretty tasty. Oh I use braggs liquid aminos. Way better than soy sauce.

    Dinner will be something light since the hubbys working late, I dont have to feed the fam tonight. They can all fend for themselves (except the 7 yr old who would eat candy for dinner!)

    Tomorrow we will be out of town for the day so I have to figure out what to bring for myself. Then we usually stop at the black bear diner so I will get a huge steak! Yum.

    Do I talk too much? haha

    Hey all

    I found fage at a grocery store which is one hour away from my place so i bought like 4 of 500grams just in case i need a fage day... I tried one (100 grams) and it was delish.... The greek yogurt im buying at the grocery here cant be compared to TOTAL FAGE thats the brand.....

    I ate the oopsie roll i bake yesterday. I put some omelet cheese and bacon inside... It was great... I miss the feeling of eating bread but it was closed enough... Satisfied me a lot

    Lunch was outside one of the restaurants at the mall and i ordered nicoise salad... I finished everything except the ancovies its too salty and i dont want to have too much salt might make me retain water

    TOM finally arrived and feeling grumpy and crumpy.... Scales stable... -1 from LWD i just hope the salad i ate for lunch will not make me gain.... Im not so sure of the sauce they put but they told me there was no sugar in it....

    Dinner i ate roasted chicken again a big portion of it with all the skin and one normal size cucumber salad ... Apple cider vinegar pepper salt and garlic for the sauce....

    Everynight im like a child wishing that scales be good so i hope it will be for all of us

    Congratulation you got GOAL.... Good luck on P3.... Its scary yes specially you get to eat and you and your body decide which will be good for you... Take it slow and listen to your hunger... Eat eat eat and keep your goal
