    Good morning everyone .. TOM is gone YAY and im back down to LDW this morning !!
    Was going to measure this morning and forgot will do that in the morning .
    Just had some yummy coco crack ! I think I will try mug cake in a couple of days .
    hoping everyone has a losing day !!

    im .3 away from 2lbs of my LWD... i was out last night and dinner party with friends... probably over did it with the fried fish and porks and i ate one whole avocado this morning also. now im doing FAGE yogurt day and hopefully to be down tomorrow

    you will be fine ! Eat P3 just stop when your full and LOTS of water.. I love fage yogurt Good luck !

    I am still stable ... .8 over LDW... I don't think I had enough water yesterday and I had a orange last night before bed . I never eat or drink after 6pm. Happy losses to all !!!!

    thanks melaniet... it was a late long dinner... and now im trying to finish the 32 oz fage and im almost finish with my 3L water and 3 big cups of green tea. im going for a trip in Milan and Rome on saturday... going to take the train so i dont know if i can drink a lot of water as i dont like going to the toilet of the train... 4hrs travel from my place to Milan gonna be a long one this time... thats why i really want to be down a bit more of my LWD coz im sure it will be hard to do the P3 ... i mean with the water intake when i explore the city.... i might be looking more for toilets there

    I always gain if I eat after 6 . Green tea really helps with hunger Its my life saver LOL What do you put in your fage ? I cant eat it plain Where do you live ? Have a great trip and find all the restrooms on the train LOL Have a great time on your trip! You will do awesome !!!

    Im staying in south of France ... Cote d' azur ... Near Monaco. Fage workssssss..... Im below .3 LWD now and i lost 2lbs... Now if the scales go gaga during my trip.. Fage will do great for just correction day... I just added 8oz bluberries during the Fage day but during normal P3 i also add strawberries and once avocado and just tried today 100% dark grated choco

    I lessen veggies today and eat more protein... Started breakfast with omellete with ground beef coffee with FC, lunch some cauliflower with lettuce and peppers and about 200 grams chicken, snack on 100 grams fage with coffee FC, 2 large cups green tea and on my 2bottle of 1.5 liters of water... Will have some chicken grill and cucumber later... Not really hungry and i feel full right away... Well i just hope the lbs i lost today will not come back tomorrow

    Happy week end everyone... Off to Milan tomorrow .. I wish my seat will be near the toilet

    I was up this morning I ate late and not enough water I am up 1lb but going to be careful today.. im doing a fage day! try to get back down that pound.

    Hi everyone, Im starting p3, yesterday was my last injection at 2pm, so Im transit today. I was going to stick it out until I reach my mini goal but my body been fighting me for the last 2 weeks so my body had it, it likes this weight, so p3 should be easy for me to stabilize, I think Im at a old set point but it's ok, I will be going back into p2 in 3 weeks to get to my final goal weight, I hope.

    Argentina: I hope it's ok to follow you here?

    Melaniet: I recognize you, so Im happy to know people who Ive done a round with. Pinkita will be on p3 soon too, so Im going to stay on the old thread and let her and Jenn know were we all gone to

    hi ladies... back from my short trip and I'm so happy I didn't gained and stayed on the 2lbs allowance on LDW... the sweets pasta icecream are so hard to resists the last few days. and I haven't been drinking much water luckily it was 5days left for P3 for me. the last 3 days I spent in italy I was able to eat some goodies but just a taste and luckily no gain. I'm on P4 now and having a Starbucks mocha and cinnamon .... scales might get angry tomorrow but I think it's time to test if my metabolism was fixed. I'll let you all know by tomorrow. kisses
