Good Morning Ladies,
It's been a while since i've posted. Chugging along in P3 and i seem to be "stablizing" (dont want to jinx myself lol) with my weight flunctuating between 153 and 153.8 (LDW is 153.6). I did have a jump to 154.6 last week but thats because I O'D on almonds. I can literally eat a whole bag of them --sigh my weakness.
I hope everyone stabilizes well
