Hello all I would like to join your group too. I should take my last drops tomorrow so either Sat or Sun I will be eating p3 foods. I have read mixed reviews on whether to wait 48 or 72 hours after taking HHCG. I figured I go by how I feel. I am planning on eating eggs cooked with butter with mushrooms I have had some eggs during p3 and did fine. Also I am looking forward to cocoa crack and mug cake but wont do the mug cake right away. Oh and I can't wait for some different veggies.

Awesome, so nice to meet everyone!! I would love for us all to do a little mini-bio, so we can get to know everyone!
My name is Jen, I am 23 and Jesus is a great Friend of mine. I will be married for 4 years in May to a wonderful man-who didn't even noticed I gained a ton of weight! LOL! My goal is to lose 60 pounds, and I have lost 30 so far. I am on round 1, and I know I will be doing another, possible 2 more, we'll see!
I have no kiddos yet, but would like to start at the end of this year after my weight is lost and continue on to the next chapter of our journey
I have not only enjoyed the weight loss from the outside of my body on this diet, but also the inside. Food no longer controls me, and I only eat to nourish my body; not because it's "there", smells good, or everyone else is eating. This is the best lifestyle-change diet I have ever been on!
I look forward to meeting all you guys as we continue on to phase 3-we can do it! Make sure you guys post some before and afters too; it keeps you motivated!

Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I am a stay at home mom and AF wife. My dh and I have been married for almost 6 years (April 29th will be 6!!) and we have a 4 year old daughter and a 6 year old daughter. I am also a student getting my associates in Allied Health Sciences and when we leave this pit next April, if we go stateside again, I will hopefully get into a nursing program, but if we end up overseas I will be quite happy about it.
I have about 2x as much to lose as Jen does. I started this journey at 287.2 and on my LDW, I weighed in at 255.4. so a loss of 32.8. This morning I had seen a bit more of a loss and am now down 33.6.
I am scared to death of P3 and so ready to get there at the same time. Of course I am excited about new foods, but I am especially excited to prove to myself that I can do this! I do feel like I am learning something in P2. This is the first time in my entire life that I have ever eaten to live as opposed to living to eat.
I figure I've got at least 3 more rounds of this program to get to my original goal of 180, possibly 4 more. Once I am at that weight, I will decide what happens next. I am 6 feet tall and have a medium frame so I certainly don't think I am ever going to be 135 and a size 4 and I am fine with that. I simply want to weigh less than my husband.

I am so glad more people are coming in to P3 at the same time! I look forward to sharing recipes and ideas and great finds! 2 days and a wake up!! Woohoo!

    Good Morning P3 Buds!!
My name is Angela- I have 3 little girls- ages 11 months, 4 and 6 (so, Amanda we have 2 that are the same ages. Are yours best friends and worst enemies like mine?lol)
I have been married for 12 years to the funniest man alive, I work Mon-Thurs and love my Fridays to volunteer at school, spend QT with my girls and be the mommy I want to be!
I started with hcg after reading about it at a medspa where I was having a facial. I did sub-q injections supervised by their nurse.
I had put more weight with each pregnancy and just wanted to feel GOOD about me again. I did not set a goal weight- I figured I would know it when I got there.
I started at 154 (I am 5'5"). I lost 14.6 my first round and about 10 this round. Lots of inches- esp around my belly & thighs which was where I needed it.
I am liking how I look so I think this will be it. I am definitely in need of some toning up. I am hoping for some reshaping in P3. I have started doing reformer pilates and love it! I also just got a used elliptical off of craigslist. I am going to start doing that 3-4 mornings a week for 30 mins. and ramp up my pilates attendance.
Did my last injection this morning-- so P3 here I come. I feel like I need it- I have been so easily fatigued lately and not able to work out at all. I want to be able to keep up with my girls on our vacation next week. For once, not totally dreading wearing my swimsuit!
Lets rock this P3 and stabilization thing ladies!! Hope you all have a great day

Oh I forgot to mention, I was UP .9 this morning which was weird b/c I was super strict yesterday and even cut out a fruit. I have never done the grissini/melba. Oh well, my LIW is 129.9 on my "home" scale. I have a travel scale that seems to fluctuate a bit more and always weighs a little over 1 lb heavier. Funny, bc the Tanita scale at the medspa (I go once a week for a weigh in, measure and q&a) is a couple lbs lower. So I guess I know my LIW and will keep it within 2 of that. Hoping for an easy transition and no steak days!

Hello All, can I join? My last injection day was yesterday, so P3 for me on Sat. as well! I'm very excited too! My name is Diana, I'm an Admin Asst, married 4 years in July, no kiddos either! I'm not sure what I will eat on Sat but it will def. involve eggs, veggies, a homemade hamburger w/homemade mayo, and shrimp. I am going to a little get together that night, so I hope I don't get too crazy with the food that night....lol I lost 18 pounds this round, I know I'm a slow loser, but still a loser! I'm down 1 pound this morning too, but I think we count the weight of our last dose, right?

Hi everyone...I would love to join this group also. I start P3 saturday. I did drops half way through then switched to pellets when I ran out of drops. My name is Dianne I am 46, mother of three girls..8, 10 and 12 married 12 years and live in Massachusetts. I waitress for a living and gained a ton of weight working at an italian restaurant. Could NEVER lose weight, tried everything. Thank goodness for HCG and that my yummy restaurant went out of business and I now work at a seafood place (easier to pass up fish than lasagna and homemade bread with dipping oil!). I got hungry reading everyones menu for saturday. I'm also planning omlet with mushrooms..and something with mayonaise for lunch. Good luck everyone...I'm so nervous..don't want to gain anything back!

I will be starting on Sunday. I have a few question though...am I allowed to eat anything that has sugar grams on the nutrition facts? if so how many? or is it just added sugar in the ingredients? How many grams of protein and fat should I be eating?
