    On steak days , is it steak for breakfast, lunch and dinner and nothing else?

    On a steak day you do not eat anything all day until dinner time where you eat a 6 oz steak and a tomato.

    You eat as much steak as you can get down and an apple or tomato according to pounds and inches. I know it sounds hard to go all day with no food, but it's easier than it sounds.

    I just did a steak day yesterday ... drank nothing but coffee and water all day. Dinner was 11 ounces of perfectly cooked hangar steak, a huge beefsteak tomato, and lots of water. Went from 174.4 yesterday to 171.9 today ... 2.5 down! Hooray!

    Grammy, I have a question for you.....I started TOM 4 days early and bloated up super bad. Everything feels tight and puffy. Yesterday I was .2 below being at 2lbs over LDW(a jump of 1lb overnight which is rare for me) and today I am at 2lbs over. Do I do a steak day? High protein day with lots of water? What do you feel would be best for TOM weight? I'm ok with doing whatever! And can I have my coffee?? =)

    Just an update, I did the steak day and then half way through the day realized I didn't need to as I wasn't OVER 2lbs, I was right at 2lbs over LDW. I did it anyway and it quite possibly was the worst day i have ever had. I am retaining water something fierce from TOM and bootcamp I did 2 nights ago. I was starving all day, lightheaded and just plain felt awful. I completed it and went to bed early, slept almost 10hrs and woke up to a 1lb loss. Still retaining water, but I am only 1lb over as of now. Going to eat high protein/fats today and keep drinking plenty of water and see when my body will finally release the water.....sheesh!

    Hi guys! I'm new tot he forum, but not so much to HCG. I take the Nutri-Dyn HCG PLus homeopathic drops. I've done two cycles, and am now on P3 of my second cycle.

    My question is: my LDW was 154. I am now up to 157.8. Of course my first reaction is to do a steak day, but I am concerned about whether or not it is necessary. Yes I am up 3.8lbs, but I have been working out mercilessly everyday since I began P3. I stay between 1200-1400 calories a day, of course carb and sugar free. I get at LEAST 100g of protein a day through egg whites, unsweetened greek yogurt, and chicken/beef. But I have been doing hour long classes of hard core cardio and weight lifting. I am VERY sore. So I am assuming part of my weight gain is water retention in the sore muscle, and possibly TOM. Normally I take birth control, and continuously cycle past TOM without seeing him. But I missed one pill, and so I am spotting, and I assume this could also lead to some bloating/water retention. SO. Does a steak day seem appropriate, or should I wait and see if it evens out?

    Thanks! This has been driving me BATTY. Any help would be VERY WELCOME!!! <3

    I have a question regarding Phase 3. I just started P3 and yesterday was my first day off adding and I added cream to coffee and cheese to salad and I am up 2 lbs already so should I do a steak day today or will it take a few days to fluctuate.

    I have seen where some are doing the "steak day", but they are dividing their steak between lunch and dinner with a small amount of veggies at lunch and either an apple or tomato at dinner. Anyone have thoughts about this for a correction day? I don't usually do well fasting all day long. I get dizzy and lethargic and I have to be able to work.
