    when adding food, are we supposed to add it all back, or just a bit at a time?

    I.E. planning dairy day...can I do milk in the morning, cheese in the afternoon, yogurt snack and oopsie rolls? Or should I keep it lighter on the adds?

    I don't know. Try it if you want. If you gain, you won't know if they all impact you, or just some, so you'll have to wait and then try them individually. But if you don't react in 2 days, then you will have cleared them all at once. Up to you.

    I'm not Janeen, but just chiming in. I don't eat any fruit during P3 since they contain so much sugar, and in P4 I've only been able to add berries. I have blood sugar issues though. I hope to be able to add more low sugar fruit in the future.

    I have low blood sugar but ate fruit twiice a day during protocol, p3 and p4 In p4 i dont do milk but eat yogurt. No grains allowed in P3 but i also only eat moderate grains once weekl in p4 If i eat enough fats and proteins in small amts thru the day my sugar stays level. I dont eat too many nuts. They seem more problmatic in me maintaining in the low 130s. Probably excessive salts and sugars I do eat parmesan cheese crisps as snack or sun dried tomatos

    Thank you! I miss those days, LOL! Those rounds, I was starting and even ending at a much higher weight, and it did come off faster and easier then. These days, I'm much closer to goal, lose more slowly, and also have less patience for a long round. A Structured P3

    I've also switched to hcg 2.0, which I think feels much better to me. Losses are similar, but fewer hunger issues. I haven't really changed how I do p3, though, except that I don't even bother trying to add dairy or eggs anymore, because they make me gain in any phase.

    Hi Janeen!

    This is so wonderful to see, it was just what I was looking for! I was wondering whether you added one food, woke up the next day and weighted yourself and if you didn't gain then you would add another food? What if you hadn't tried all the foods on one of the steps? Thank you!

    Hi Janeen,

    I'm just starting p3 and need help. I've read your steps and wanted some clarification on something. I dont see a timeline with the steps, other than step 1 is 1- 3days. How do I space out each step? Also is Greek dressing ok in p3 if they are >1 carb. Also what if I add salad should I add 1 veggie at a time, such as cucumbers only first?
