As of this past Monday was my last day of Phase 3, and on Tuesday morning I weighed 156.4 lbs.This is most likely due to taking at least 1 tablespoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar with 8 oz. of lemonade, right before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'm going to see if I can manage to weigh at least 155 lbs on or before August 13th, when my family and I will board on a flight to go to Mexico to visit relatives for 5 days.
Also I've been thinking of an addition to taking at least 1 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar right before each meal, to start taking digestive enzymes, and most importantly eat sprouted Einkorn flour bread. That way I would at least maintain my weight at 155 lbs.
So has anyone here seen any additional weight loss results, or at least maintained your weight with apple cider vinegar, while not making any dietary changes?
Following this thread closely. I seem to be dealing with some digestive and inflammation issues in P3 and only on Day 5!
