If you are starting out with heavy cream, you can also consider yogurt and cottage cheese part of the dairy test.
Snacks are not really recommended in P3. You want to eat a meal whenever you are hungry. Snacks tend to put off eating enough, which can be a big problem in P3. Eat enough to be satisfied, but not full, and do not delay eating when you are hungry.
