    Ok thanks. I didn't get to drink my last glass till about 10pm, but I don'tweight in tomatow morning till about 8 or 9. So that will the about the 10 hour mark. Crossing my figures for a big loss!!!

    I am in love with CTD! I lost exactly 3 pounds! And with my steak day loss of 1.6 the day before that's 4.6 lost in 2 days. It puts me back under LIW by 1.1!

    Congrats, Jen! Wow, that's fantastic!

    Today then is your first day of PCDS. Now, here's an interesting point: you're the first person I know of that's done a CTD the day after another successful correction day. I don't think that's terrible -- just new! So let's proceed as normal onto the PCDS, so we can lock in BOTH these losses, okay?

    Hi everyone My CTD gave me a 1lb loss this morning... I had to weigh in at 4am this morning I usually weigh in about 8am. Do you think that effected my loss or i just had a small loss? Either way 1 lb is better than nothing. I am hoping for a loss in the morning...PCDS today is day 1 no carbs I had left over steak for breakfast chicken thighs for lunch and salmon for dinner I had 1440 calories 61% fat 39%protein 0 carbs

    Congrats. But u weighed far too early. D guess that u d had a 0.5-1# less on the scale if u d weighed at 8. But u ll see tomorrow.

    AFM, came back home yesterday evening. Didn't gain on my trip. Yeay! Actually, I lost 0.2#, so am now ca. 2.5# above LIW. Hadn't seen that number in a while. Bummer, considering that I was eating out 100% of the time & having butter, eggs, processed meats & even some cheese for lack of options.
    Gonnaloseit, u rock. No seriously, u r a life saver. Had almost given up on stabilizing.
    Was actually planning on giving it another try & doing another ctd tomorrow. But my cold got much worse on that trip & I ll b visiting new friends for the first time on wed/thu, so need to b able to eat at least normal p3. So, I ll try to up my low carb veggies a bit until then & focus on getting rid of that nasty cold and see how it goes. Then I might go for another round of cd/pcds on Fri.

    well done pensee , i hope you will feel better soon
    yesterday was my 4th PCD i added around 2 avocado to up my fats and carbs, this morning i had 200 gram up into my scale i'm hoping those were just extra unprocessed water any way i'm having a CTD today ,i'll keep you all posted.
    and i agree with with about gonnalose it , i just love this girl.

    200 g is not much. I expect some gain when I add more fibre anyway cause ll ve more in my GIT. Good luck with ur ctd.

    I'm very excited to see some progress for you happening! YAAAYYY!!! That makes my day. You did FANTASTICALLY -- you're traveling and had progress!! In the face of sooo many food choices...ones that could have really sidelined your weightloss, you made good decisions and had a tiny loss, but a LOSS!! WOO HHOOOOOOOO!!!!!

    I like your thinking on how to manage eating properly while sick. I agree, sounds good.

    So far, so good! I think your CTD will help you with stabilizing well today. You have more than 2 lbs up over LIW, so your progression is fine; we expect some "wonkiness" when the body is away from LIW; the closer it gets to LIW, and the sooner it gets there, the better you will be. You're doing AWESOME sweet lilies! You'll be okay.

    You are so sweet to say so many good things about me, sweet lilies!!! You made me smile huge when I saw that.

    I had a .8 loss this morning. I will be weighing in at normal time tomorrow instead of 4am I will weigh in 7/8 am! Wow what a weekend! Im hoping for another loss tomorrow! Good luck on your CTD'S!
    I do have to agree with everyone else GonnaLoseIt you are AWESOME !!
