    I know the site Thanx. But find it rather badly structured. Didn't know he recommend not eating too much veggies/fibres though. Anyway, I did try LR, am one of the few lucky ppl who gain on it! Besides my tummy could not take the 50+g of protein in the morning... eating so much in one setting actually goes against what is recommended for intestinal intoxication according to 'my doc'...

    Good morning all
    My first successful PCDS on Friday. I was so nervous I fed on chicken quarters and 80/20 ground beef burgers with coffee and water. Released another 2.0 WOW!!! I am now 180 on Thursday I was 184. Today another day of no carbs. I'm going apple picking but determined to focus on no carbs and do PCDS correctly. I will keep u posted. On PCDS it will take a while to reintroduce my Greek yogurt bc of carbs and I know in p3 I'm to stabilize but I want to see 170s on scale when I complete PCDS. Call me greedy. less for me to lose in round 3 We shall see!!
    Round 1 5/1/2012 (225) End Weight: 198.2
    Round 2 7/17/12 (204.5) End Weight: 181
    Lowest weight May 2014 - 175.2
    2014-2017 returned to bad habits and regained everything!!

    **2017** Restarted 8/28/17 (236)

    Doing RX lozenges 250iu ...so far great dose for my body
    My goal weight is 155 by June 2018

    I was down from 125.2-124.4 today !! yeah! the lowest I was in P3 at any point was 124.2 - so I'll take it. Staying on PCDS to lose a few more lbs to maybe 122 if I can get there. Have an anniversary night tonight for my husbands parent's 40th. My husband ad I talked about splitting a 22oz ribeye steak, I am reading a 11oz portion is probably about 875 calories and another said 400, ugh? Really trying to make sure I stick w/i my cals if anyone is bored here is there gluten free menu (I fiured that at least has all the choices w/o wheat etc..) any helpers/ideas ?? http://www.eddiev.com/resources/docs...GlutenFree.pdf I dont want to mess with it now being in such a good spot to GLI she will be proud I passed on the beer at softball last night

    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    added some carbs. and doing good on it that cucumber was good ....my LDW was 199.4 then i gain did a CTD went down almost 4 pounds then been up and down still under my LDW at 196.2 as this morning ... nothing new to add and i guess im not missing it...i guess i was very comfortable in p2 (no guessing and counting ) GLI thank you again
    You can do it , you just have to try.... nothing is impossible with determination.

    Wouldn't it be nice if someone said, "Here, eat this," and gave you a list and all was happy? Yes, I know, I'm dreaming. lol

    I tried keeping up with the Kruse line of thinking, both here and on his website, but his arrogance puts me WAY off. Not to mention, his emails now about his webinars that are pretty costly. So thanks for the info, Pensee.

    Look at all the awesome losses going on! Great job girls!

    I didn't follow Kruse like most do I started in the begining to but it was way toomuch to try to keep up with and he is a little over the top for me and I never did buy anything! I just follwed his way of eating and it worked for me last round.

    Today I dropped another 1.6 lbs and am at 119.2 and LDW was 118.6 so I am a happy girl. Another all meat day today of chicken thighs and chuck roast and hoping for another great loss tomorrow to get me below LDw and then start introducing a little low carb vegi's. Lord I really need this weight to reset and be stable ASAP...lol

    Hey girls. Great job! U r all doing Di well, I am almost jealous
    So proud of u all. Keep up the good work.
    AFM, saw my practitioner friend today. She ran a liver detox & an energy/vitality stimulating program on me. And also a program for adrenal regulation (all bioresonance). She gave me some more globules for liver & adrenals. Also tested h. pylori again. It's less severe, but still present. So continuing those globules as well. Hope it helps. Am fascinated by that machine, but don't really trust it yet...

    AFM: well last night was a bust – how can I tell my mother-in-law no to sharing a bottle of wine when we are out with them for their 40th Anniversary and to their cake that was there and so good, it was from bakery in Fort Worth called Swiss Pastry – it’s called a Swiss German Chocolate Macaroon Cake made from egg whites, meringue, so light and yummy. That’s OK it was a special occasion. I did slip up at home (can’t believe I am admitting this but you guys get it) and a little tipsy from the wine – ate my kids left over 4 chicken nuggets from McD’s, well all in all not too bad for dinner I had 8oz filet mignon, Caesar salad, and lobster bisque – I logged it all and I was about at 3000 cals for the day. Scale was kind to me this am at 125.2 up .8 BUT I know tomorrow can be a lot worse. Doing a chicken thigh day all day today then will follow up with post corrections days as outlined by Gonna Lose It. The only thing I do add is whole milk to my coffee I have a max of three cups a day with 2T of coffee in each – against protocol but it’s been OK.

    Danielle thats not a bad bump up considering all you had last night! Good luck today with your thigh day!

    AFM - i was down another .2 to 119 and only .4 away fromLDW. Added in a tiny bit of mushrooms and inion this morning that were left over from cooking my chuck roast last night and had chuck roast and a chicken thigh with it for breakfast. Not sure what other vegi I will add in today to up my calories some more.

    nice job!! nice to keep losing isn't it? I hate that I am still scared every morning to step on the scale - I know once I am super stable I wont be but its so annoying , haha

    I have a sub job all day tomorrow and Tuesday I have a half day, so I just bagged up all my food in baggies and labeled them meal 1 meal 2 etc.. so ****, lol
