    I have cooked so much chicken in the last 4 days and the BF is getting so orritated with me but beef seems to make me not loose as well and chciken is cheap...lol I just cooked up 8 more thighs this morning and cup up a bunch of celery and bagged it up and cooked hard boiled eggs for the BF for his lunches for the week. Its not **** it's called being prepared...lol

    So I had to go out for lunch and I ate a salad with some veggies strips in it, grilled chicken and a vinegar/lemon dressing. I think there were some dried cranberries on the salad and red grapes and it was delicious.

    Within 5 minutes of finishing, I had to RACE to the bathroom and lost it all via a water-like bm..(I know, too much info! LOL). Now, a few hours later, I'm swollen up like a balloon, can barely get my rings on, my watch is tight and my pants feel like they're 2 sizes too small. WHAT in the world did I eat that my body hates so? I've eaten 10s of 1000s of similar salads without this effect???!!!

    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    Mini sometimes restaurants put a preservative on lettuce to prevent it turning brown. My husband has that exact reaction if he eats a salad like that. I've heard it called potato whitener. I bet that's what happened to you.

    Hello, ladies and gents.

    My sincerest apologies; have not been here due to the "real world" taking away my usual time in the "virtual world..." I run my own business, and Client needs came first -- they can have sudden needs that seem to overtake your own (!) -- so all my focus and usual availability took a back seat.

    Well I am up .2 today at 119.2 and only .6 above LDW and that was after adding in about onion and mushrooms that I had cooked with my chuck roast, celery and 1 small avocado along with more chicken thighs. I am really struggling to get my calories up and was at about 1400 yesterday for the day. This no eggs, HWC and MCT oil is making it really hard to get my calories up and I get so darn full so easy!

    Today for food I have 4 chciken thighs, 8 oz of salmon, 2 small cucumbers and 3 stalks of celery. Haven't had a chance to log it in yet to see what the calorie/fat/protein count is and can't seem to figure out the mynetdiary and how to log the amount of food I am eating, that site just seems not very user friendly or I am just not very smart...lol

    Shannon keep plugging away, I've been using that app for my iphone and am eating what i think is a ton and i'm only eating till i'm full, but that app keeps telling me i'm averaging 1300-1400 cals a day. I don't know if thats enough or not but don't think i could eat more, and the scale has been .2 lb swings up and down.
    the cal ratio percentage has averaged 45 - 10 - 45, over the last 4 days, So I hope that is a good phase 3 ratio

    I don't have an iphone so I was on the website and can't seem to figure out how to use the darn thing! I use myfitnesspal but it doesn't break down the ratio's form what I can find but I am able to find my foods and put in how much I ate adn count the calories, fat and protein grams along with carbs and sugar grams. This round is going to be the death of me trying to get things to stay stable. My last 2 rounds were a walk in the park compared to this P3!

    ya i know what you mean this is my second and its been way different.
    I will try the website at lunch break to see if i can help you figure that out. the phone app is real easy.

    keep working 119 lbs is nothing to be sneezed at or bummed about, over 60lbs like youve done in little over a year is flipping awesome and you should be really proud !!! You will get down to your LDW by the end of the week I bet.

    Thanks Madcane!! Oh trust me I am super stoked with where my weight is at and super proud of how far I have come and I wouldn't care if it stabilized out at 120 just as long as it will stabilize out soon! I leave for a week long girls trip to Maui on the 28th and I just really wanted to be in a better place of stable than I am now before I left. With being in week 4 of P3 and still not stable or knowing what foods I can eat is going to make this trip a huge struggle food wise for me! Guess I just got too spoiled with my first 2 rounds and the last 10 months prior to this round in maintenance I was so stable and could eat and drink just about anything, almost kicking myself now for doing this last round and ruining how good I had things!

    I use fatsecret.com. Really easy and gives ratios.
    I was up today as expected glad I did chicken thigh day yesterday to head off the gains. Today is day 1 of pcds.

    Shannon maybe have more avocados to get the cals up there. Might make carb count a little high but adds calories and they are easily digested
