    Last Day P4...update on progress

    Well, today is my last day of P4 (officially)...I think I'm going to try THM for the rest of my journey or at least until November when I'll decide to if i'm going to do another round.

    On the last day of P2, I was 22.6# down. Last day of P3, 28# down....I followed a hybrid version of hcgchica's P3 for life but with nuts added earlier and the only dairy being some cheese (only the kinds I knew I wouldn't binge on) and half & half. I would try to eat at least 1700 calories per day.

    P4, I started trying to do THM and am probably doing it about 75% of the time....today I'm 29.4# down. I've stabilized pretty well...I've been the same weight, give or take a 1# since September 23rd.

    This has been my easiest hcg round ever. I stayed on track...didn't cheat at all on P2 or P3. AND...this is the first time i've truly done P4 as it should be done.

    I find that THM is a really peaceful way to maintain because it is so flexible. I think you'll like it.
