H-burn Day 9: No weight change. Net change: Loss 2 pounds
Boosters: black pepper, acacia, strength training
Sucking on smoothie number 9 as I write this. One more day after today and I'll have completed this H-burn experiment. There doesn't seem to be any immediate payoffs as I'm going through the plan. I haven't had a repeat of the 5 hour stretch of sleep again, unfortunately. I can only hope that the effects will manifest later, as they did from the D-burn.
Apparently, you can do this or any of the burns 3 times in a row if you think they are helping you. I can't imagine doing this for another 20 days, and I'm pretty desperate. Its not that it's hard, it just takes a commitment to stay on the eating schedule, which at times feels relentless. I'll be glad to have more freedom NOT to eat in a couple of days.
I think that I will change my LIW to 135 following this program. It just seems closest to where I keep settling out, and I don't want to keep fighting my poor body with steak day punishments. I think it will be more peaceful all around.
