Thanks, I hope so too.
This is about 5 days out now, and I did have another 5 hour stretch of sleep last night.

Its too early to declare it a trend or anything, but I'm hopeful.
Weight wise, I'm at a few ounces over my adjusted LIW, so that part is going well. I had a big jump up a few days ago after trying some pumpkin seeds, of all things. But that has dropped back down now with my regular eating, so that makes me happy. I'm very glad I adjusted LIW up or I'd be doing a steak day already. It was a good decision, and truthfully, I don't feel any heavier and my clothes fit the same as well. My "magic menu" is the way I prefer to eat anyway, so I'm ecstatic that it also serves to bring me back in range.
I don't know what it is with me and seeds, but there seems to be some problem there. To date, I've reacted to pine nuts, annato seed, chia seeds, flax seeds, kiwi seeds, hemp seeds and now pumpkin seeds.
I seem to be fine with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds so far though. I'm not sure what would cause the difference...I was suspecting it might be the omega 3 oil content. But then, sesame seeds have twice as much omega 3 as pumpkin seeds, so its unclear. Although, I only use the sesame in the form of tahini in my hummus, so it could be just the smaller amount that lets it get by.
I may try the flax seeds one more time, as I'm not completely sure about that one, and I'm starting to get desperate for some kind of egg substitute that will work with a couple of my favorite recipes.
