    Just a quick check in- down .2 this morning. I'm on phase 3 and enjoying some fruit and grains and fats. Today I'm off to the beach with my prepacked meals... OHHH-- I tried sweet potato yesterday-- and boy was it delicious! And I was down this morning. Loving life... I'm almost finished with my second week of fmd.

    I don't know what the deal is with FMD and me this time, but I gained again after the second day of part1. (The part where I generally lose some.) Even if I lose my normal half-pound or so with part 2, that won't fix things. The Burns are supposed to help you start losing in the regular FMD rotation---but it's not working that way for me. I feel like if I continue in this path, I'm going to get beyond where corrections will be effective.

    So I'm doing a steak day today, and then maybe continue with a part2 day tomorrow. Hopefully that will help get things back under control better.

    Good ol' steak day....down 3 pounds. So I'll be following that with FMD's part 2 today, which I hope will keep the loss as I go into the weekend. But then I don't know what to do from there. Maybe one more part2 day...I'll see how it goes after today. Even though I'm down 3 pounds, I'm still in the danger zone.

    I gain on the part3 menus, and I gained even more than that on the H-Burn menus (3+pounds!). I-Burn took off 2, and FMD part one athis week put them back on. So what to do? I have to figure it out. Right now I'm just a tiny bit under where I started at the beginning of August.

    Have you ever talked with Haylie. I had seen posts on facebook where she does phone people and help them. But hopefully this works out for you.

    The Plan is pretty eye opening. I gain with strawberries and chickpeas, two that surprised me.

    Jayk: I don't really thing a short phone call would have much of a chance of pinpointing my problems. And I'm not really ready to hire anyone yet.

    Colleen: Did lasering chick peas and strawberries change that? I haven't really had much success with lasering, but was wondering.

    I haven't tried it yet. I don't eat chick peas very often and I just quit eating the strawberries until I had a chance to see if I could fix it. I've been traveling so much that I just didn't get it done.

    Yeah thats true, I should have realized they are paying members. I would do another p2 day then since you are allowed to extend a day on phases that work for up too two weeks

    Thanks, Jayk...I just ran across that list earlier today. I'm going to try some of those ideas.

    It was actually a bit difficult doing a phase 2 day today after a steak day, but I might be able to make it through one more if I get a good result from today.

    Sounds good. I also found this video with her explaining more on Phase 3. Some good tips and explanation of what is going on and how to emulsify the fats



    Good watch if nothing else.
