    Unhappy Gaining Weight

    So I ended phase 2 at 128.0lb in February. I was doing well and never really hit that 2lb over limit where I needed a steak day. For the past 2 months I've been in-between jobs so my eating habits have changed. I've been at 132lb for the past month or so and can't seem to get back to my goal weight of 128.0 and I want to make sure I don't continue gaining weight. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated, thanks guys!

    Eating habit change is both your problem and your answer.

    There is a link in my signature --maintenance strategies. It outlines a couple of plans that keep you eating well for maintenance after HCG weight loss. Most people can lose a couple of pounds doing them.
