I hate that creeping. Rose I am glad P3 works for you. Unfortunately it doesn't always work for me.
I mostly would do correction days like Leez in hopes to bring it down.
Will deal with that again, after this round, and see if any changes. I usually do okay for 6-8 weeks. But each time I am learning that there are certain foods to avoid for sure.
I know I need to learn more how foods work. I hear things like if you have Bacon and eggs for breakfast, you should have tuna and Avocado for lunch. THM I have to agree is probably more likely easier to follow than FMD
I use a lot of THM products, which I know helps me.
