    Help!

    Ok, I'm in a panic. Someone please tell me what to do. I am 120 days into Phase 4 and I've stayed right around the 2 lb limit from my LDW. All of a sudden I'm up 4, now 6 pounds from my LDW. I did not do a steak day due to work and kid commitments. What in the world do I do now? I've cut out all carbs, I'm drinking water like crazy. Someone tell me what I should do to get back down to my LDW. A FFF day? A steak day? Two steak days in a row? WHAT???

    This is my second round and I'm so worried!
    Age: 46 (ouch! even hurts to type it)
    Goal: 30lbs

    It took a year but I gained back all of R2 losses.

    R3P2
    Load day +2

    R2P2
    load day2 +2
    week 1 -6.4
    week 2 -3.6
    week 3 -3.6
    week 4 -2.0
    VLCD1 -0.4
    VLCD2 -1.0
    VLCD3 -0.8
    P3D1 -0.2
    P3D2 +2.0

    R1 -16.4 after P4

    Go back to P2 eating for a couple of days... You're doing great!

    Ive read not to do 2 steak days in a row but what you can do is do a steak day and couple high protein days ive been told those work then eat right for a couple days and you will be fine!

    Do not go back to P2 eating. Do a steak day today. A steak day is always the first answer to a gain of more than 2 lbs above LDW. Then eat regular P3 style for a day or two and then do another correction day of your choice (steak, full fat Fage, egg, high protein, etc) if you are still more than 2 lbs above your last dose weight.

    Do you know why you've gained? Have you done anything differently or eaten any new foods? Have you increased your exercise? Is the summer heat or a change in sodium intake making you retain water?

    A little of everything you suggested. I've slacked off my low carb eating, portions a little bigger, I've stepped up my exercise, especially weight training and I live in Alabama where it's HOT!

    I'm just concerned that the steak day (which I'm doing today) isn't going to work since I've been more than 2 lbs over for several days. I've got all the food to do some heavy protein, NO carb days for 3 days after todays steak day. I hope that does it.

    Every time I begin a new weight training program (I'm kind of erratic; I lift weights for a few months, then stop for a few, then start again), I immediately gain 2 lbs. It is just water and lactic acid in the muscles, but it is still 2 lbs. That might account for some of your gain.

    I hope the correction days work well. I think it is never too late to do a steak day.

    Bummed! I only lost 1.2 lbs after eating a ridiculously huge steak and an apple. I also drank water like crazy! I'm doing high protein today, tomorrow and the next day. I sure hope I lose some more tonight!

    Only 1.2 pounds on my steak day and now only .2 after the high protein day right after! IToday was my 2nd high protein day and my nighttime weight is up. Anybody know if I should do a 3rd high protein day or a steak day?

    So t's been a month..what ever happened with this? Did you find something that worked?
