    Light Red Kidney beans?

My wife has a recipe for cabbage soup that calls for LRK beans. Are these beans okay to go back to? I'm a little worried with them being a starchy vegetable.

Any kind of beans is fine in P4. What is important in P4 is finding out how much starch you can have daily and still maintain. That is an individual thing that you can determine by testing increasing amounts of the starches you want to be able to eat.

Beans are one of the best kinds of starch to add back in your menus, because they also contain fiber and protein.
