Well if I learned one thing from your info, it's that you can lose weight, while also keeping calories up-if they are the right ones! I wouldn't worry, because Ph4 is about life, and if you're body is losing, then that means your daily calories are feeding your muscle well, and now you are just losing fat! Good for you. Maybe I'll try and keep my calories the same while adding in workouts....I've been thinking about reducing calories...but you've convinced me to try your way first-did you know you had a way?!
