    P4 and still losing weight

    OK, I started at 262 and during phase 1,2,3 I lost 27 pounds to 235. I am in final week of phase 4 maintenance and I lost another 10 lbs. I am not really dieting but I am not eating any starch, sugar or drink any soda (diet or reg). I eat 2 meals per day plus my fruit snack, mostly granny smith apples. My doctor is very happy with results. I wanted to do another round of HCG (nasal spray) but he says if I am losing 2 pounds a week just stay continue what you are doing. I am below 225 now and really want to go below 200 (maybe 175). Some funny items. My measurements dropped a bit early on but have leveled of. Not really dropping the past two weeks. I am not exercising yet, hope to soon.

    Any suggestions? Comments? If my measurements are not moving where am I losing weight? Some can be attributed to inaccurate early measurements but I thought I would see more movement. Please advise???

    If it was me..I would probably do another round if my mind was into it. I love this diet because of the inches coming off.

    Congrats on your losses. If you are feeling satisfied with the foods you are eating i would probably wait to do another round. Hopefully you are eating enough protein and fats and calories, You can always do another round at any time but letting your body rest for awhile before going into another round has its own benefits.

    My question after reading your report is to ask if you are eating enough?

    If your calories are not too low, then it seems like you are on a good path to keep losing at a safe rate. Adding some exercise (walking is good--it doesn't have to be a killer workout) can help keep things revved up.

    The danger of being too low in calories for too long is that your metabolism will slow, and then the gains start again.

    Losing weight without losing inches could indicate that you are losing some muscle. So if that trend continues, it might be a concern to address. Like Rose mentioned, getting enough quality proteins and fats is key.
